Cleanliness - 5-star Service - 5-star Location - 5-star Everything was seamless! Except the part where breakfast items finished quite early, I had to grab other things to eat instead. The receptionist named Hoa was lovely, we arrived the hotel quite early at 11am, she helped to check us in way before the check-in time, lucky us! Also, recommended some other things to us🥰All the staff are very helpful as well, special thanks to the Housekeeping lady and the bellman. I would definitely come back to stay in this hotel again! ❤️

Nice bright room, clean and well equipped, including air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Rich and varied breakfast.
The noise from the construction works disturbed us from 7:30 in the morning (including Saturday!). The armchair in the room is dirty and stained. Breakfast is served in very small room, the number of places is limited. Twice we noticed hair in food containers (sauce, ice).

Stayed here to do some shopping in Ho Chi Minh. The rooms were clean had comfortable beds, great aircon and an excellent shower. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good too. The location is also great if you are looking for a nice central hotel. It is right next to the Ben thanh market and only a short walk to other shops, bars and restaurants. Great value for money

Even though there are not many options Breakfast was good .. I was given 7th floor, it was very quite. Room is very clean and sufficient for 2 people
Wifi is very very poor. Hotel has to concentrate on improving the wifi quality

Nice clean hotel in Saigon. Friendly staff and ok breakfast.
Better coffee at breakfast would have been nice but can get local Coffee across the road.
