Excellent location - easy to walk to tourist sites in District 1. Room was clean and in accord with pictures. I chose to stay in a Superior Queen Room with no window. The room was quiet except for very occassional noise from other guests in the corridor. It was the only hotel in Vietnam where I did not need ear plugs. The buffet breakfast mostly catered to Asian tastes, but there were still enough vegetarian options for me (toast, cereal, fruits, eggs cooked to order). I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel after I checked out.

I could not get the bedside lamp to switch on, but this was a very minor issue.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was really spacious and clean. Towels and linen changed every day, and water, tea, and coffee replenished daily The bed was super comfortable. My room was on the 5th floor facing the street, however I could not hear the traffic which was fantastic. The location was very central to all of the tourist sites. Right next to the markets. I used motorcycle transport via GRAB to get around. Never had a problem. All the drivers were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely and had a great view from the 12th floor. A variety of options are available, and eggs cooked as ordered. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Amazing hotel for what you pay. The location is absolutely great, only 2minute walk to ben thanh market and about 15-20 minutes from the cathedral, post office and book street. In close proximity of the hotel you will find an abundance of amazing restaurants. Most nights we only had to walk 1-5 minutes for great food with a nice ambiance. The staff here is so kind and provides amazing customer service. I felt welcome every day because of them. The breakfast is also delicious and varied if you're not a picky eater.

For people with an exclusive western breakfast taste the breakfast selection is a lot smaller. Rooms show a bit of wear and tear but are otherwise perfectly fine. The tv does not work amazingly well, you cannot cast anything from your personal device and youtube stops working after a few videos.

Conveniently located. Almost everything we wanted to go to was walking distance from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff! From the outside, the hotel didn't look so nice. The room is a different story though. The room is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Room had a safe and mini ref. Bathroom was nice and sparkling clean and had all the amenities we needed, like a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a good shower with shower enclosure and toilet had a bidet. Traditional Vietnamese breakfast was served on the 12th floor with a variety of choices.

Bathroom floor was a bit slippery. It would have been nice if there was a full length mirror in the room.

Love that there is 24hr front desk service. My flights were delays after delays. I never had the experience where the doorman or bell boy would come out to the car and take my luggage for me to inside and to my room. They would open the door for me when I go or come back. They clean my room every day and they provide free bottles of water for me every day. Free breakfast was amazing. Food are differnt everyday. It's more like a real dinner meal than breakfast with lots of varieties and traditional selections.

There is nothing I don't like. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

The location is superb, being within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. The room is spacious and clean, and the variety of food choices in the included breakfast is adequate. The most outstanding aspect of the property, however, is its staff. They anticipate the guest’s needs and serve with a consistent smile.

A minor issue I had with our room is that there’s a portion of the bed where the springs noticeably squeak, so it may disturb light sleepers. Also, I think the shower curtain should already be replaced as it seems that mold might be starting to grow.

Great hotel, would defiantly stay again. Perfect location right near Ben Tan market. The staff were very helpful. I have quite a few allergies and the manager of the breakfast bar went above and beyond to cater for me. Every morning I was told which foods were Ok for me to eat, making our stay so much easier not stress about having a reaction. We chose to stay in a windowless room, we did not regret this choice as it was a nice change being so quiet (no traffic noise). We checked out and continued our trip around Vietnam, to return back to Australia we had to leave via Hochi Min on a late flight. The hotel kindly let us place our bags in their lobby and they were safe for the day, freeing us up to shop at the markets.

The location is close to Ben Thanh Market, major shopping centres and other attractions. The staff (front desk, concierge, restaurant waitresses) are friendly and very helpful. Reception staff Ms Emma Cam Ngoc help us to rebook rooms for our sister and recommend private transport for us to visit Vung Tau. Staff from the restaurant are also very friendly and helpful, looking after us well.

Nothing in particular. Just in a couple of occasions we ran out of toilet tissue paper and shower gel, but hotel staff quickly resolve that. Breakfast is adequate and could be better if certain type of Vietnamese traditional dishes like Bun Bo Hue, Banh Nam are made available. We stayed at Nhat Ha 1 from 12-19 Nov and then from 23 Nov to 1 Dec 2023 so I guess we were a little picky with breakfast.

The location was great with just around 100mtra walkable to Ben Thanh market which was our preference. Room was spacious with nice view to the busy streets.

Breakfast didn't have much varieties with many local foods containing pork. So we had to restrict ourselves to Bread, eggs and deserts daily.

The property was a great choice! - located in the heart of HCMC, close to Ben Than Market, War Remnants Museum, etc. - great staff, especially Louis of buffet breakfast at 12th floor - bell boys were very welcoming and helpful - clean and luxurious scent - provided complete toiletries - comfy bed / spacious room (Premium Family with View)

Nothing but there could be some improvement with the varieties of food for breakfast buffet.
