every thing is good. hotel is located in malaysia street like just step out, you can find many telekung/tudung shops already and near to halal restaurants and near to ben thanh market (west gate) which is very convenient to go there (just cross the road). we did walk to saigon center too and it's quite near (we went there twice). the staffs are all very helpful, we did late check out too and they are super nice to assist us. Breakfast buffet is good (not many choices) but to me, it's good already.

the water pressure is quite slow for the toilet bidet :( like we had to go to toilet level G to for better pressure. the shower pressure in our room is good. meanwhile, my friend's room aircond was leaking, the staff did wipe out the water drop but did not repair it? :( and their water pressure for shower is quite slow too. I like Aluna Hotel but I hope Aluna can do something about the water pressure issue. Otherwise, everything is good. The room price is average.

The location in Sai Gon is great, right next to the Ben Than market in a side street. You can easily explore Sai Gon on foot from here! Our room had a window facing the street - karaoke from across the street was only heard once very briefly, but that's part of it in Vietnam. The AC worked well, the breakfast was decent, everything was halal and mostly vegetarian.

The standard of cleanliness is fundamentally different in Vietnam and the hotel can't do much about the behaviour of other guests - you don't take things from the buffet and then just put them back there! Also, you don't touch everything on the buffet with your bare hands! The staff should pay attention to this and address the hotel guests of necessary!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ALUNA Ben Thanh Hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel staff's warm welcome with greetings and a smile. The breakfast was superb, especially the fried spring-roll. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They were prompt in addressing any questions or concerns and always did so with a smile. Kudos to Front office Supervisor, YUAN, who assisted me by calling grab service from hotel to international Airport and assisted with my luggages when the grab car arrived. In conclusion, my stay at ALUNA Ben Thanh Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking for HALAL breakfast accommodations, HALAL Restaurants nearby and not to mentioned its surrounded with cheap and affordable good quality apparel, bags, tudung(scarf for muslimah) and a dedicated staff committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Reception called us in the morning and asked to send ironing board to lobby ourselves in rude way. Very disrespectful! I told them to pick it up at our room, but she INSISTED us to send at the lobby ourselves. The reception lady need more knowledge about customer service! Good hotel but bad receptionist!

The place is near to Ben Tahn market....alot of halal eatery around. Very convenient. The hotel is ok...the breakfast is halal. They do hv certs expired in 2024.

* The water for shower is pretty low pressure. *The flush need to flush 2 times. *Toilet paper only 1. Shd have given us a spare one inside. *No iron at all. *Fridge not cold at all. *The breakfast is ok but Poor ventilation and my hair have that after smell. Maybe management can look into all this.

The room is clean, and the toilet is well-maintained. The hotel provides halal food for Muslims, including breakfast. Although the variety of food is limited, I appreciate not having to search for breakfast, especially when needing to catch a bus for a trip outside Ho Chi Minh.
