The location is excellent. Close to the Ben Thanh Market and also halal restaurants. The bed is amazing. The bathroom and amenities are superb. I have this priority of only staying at hotels that have handheld bidet sprayer which is imperative for necessary cleaning. The check-in was not bad and quite fast. I booked the Park Suite with City View and it was splendid. Staff are very helpful and never missed a beat at making my room even when I woke up late in the afternoon. I also think I ran into the owner/boss of the hotel in the elevator and he was friendly and all smiles. The daily chocolate gifts are just so thoughtful.

A bit of a barrier language with several of the staff but it did not create a big of a problem. Some staff can seem a bit too serious e.g. when I checked out and said thank you, the staff at the reception did not respond to my 'thank you' nor say things like "we hope you had an excellent stay with us and wish for you to stay here again!" The security policy is very much appreciated and I am sure for a good reason but they do not allow to bring visitors or friends after 10pm. That is a bit odd but I am still grateful for keeping their guests safe and secure.

The room was beautiful, huge bed was comfy, the staff were always friendly and happy. The location was prime! Benh Tanh market a few min walk away, restaurants, laundry, cafes all very close proximity

The room was a little noisy, were on the 11th floor (top guest room floor) the roof top was above us. Could easily hear People in the corridor and in rooms either side. The was a sewerage like smell often in the lobby area but the hallways had nice fragrant smell to try mask this. The gym was not practical; 2 treadmills and a bike squished into a tiny room - a larger space with some weights would be a great addition. The pool area was very small, and crowded with only 3 sun lounges we had to utilise the dining table/chairs while using the pool.

Room was really spacious and love the bathtub. Also really convenient to get to the Ben Thanh Market. Nearby halal food as well, which is a real bonus for me.

There was no lift to the rooftop pool and the receptionist did not explain the information properly. The gym was not even a gym. There was no weights, which was upsetting for my husband.

We got charged for each cocktail despite it being 2 for 1 happy hour.

The location was very good. Free mini bar and afternoon tea was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice with a wide selection to choose from. Like the egg station, and once ordered, the staff would bring the eggs to you. The food and drinks menu was fair, and they had happy hour. Amazing view from the roof top pool bar. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I didn't like the room without a window as I felt to enclosed, I had asked to have windows room after I booked and as hadn't seen it had no windows. The hotel confirmed my move. However, on arrival, I was told I couldn't have window room for the first 2 nights as the current guest had extended. I was very upset about this as if they had informed me I could have canceled and moved to another hotel with a window. For some, this would not be a problem, but for me, I cannot stand to be enclosed. Had to put up with it for 2 nights, then moved to the other room. I did complain to the manager.

Bar closes 10pm plus room service stops, too. So you can not get a drink after a night out. No milk products in the room. I did ask for some milk and was told they didn't have any. Spoke to the manager, he said he would put some in my fridge, but that didn't happen. I finally found a 7/11 and was able to buy some. The pool was small but nice and you need to walk up 2 flights of stairs to reach it. They should mention that as would not be accessible to everyone, as with the steps up from the road.

Great location, comfortable beds, good room size

Open plan toilet area, the breakfasts were very limited in selection and the coffee was never hot - sometimes it was warm but usually almost cold. Also the pool and roof/bar area were sadly under used

Perfect location, next door to Ben Thanh market and in walking distance of many tourist attractions. Buffet breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful

The sink drained slowly, and it would have been nice to separate the bathroom from the toilet.

The location . Near the Saigon Market, very easy to get around . The after tea in the afternoon . So so nice . What in the fridge ( water, bier ) is free 😁😁

The Swimming pool , very small

The gym was not like the pictures -seemed like a different room in the pictures and the current gym was a very tight fit
