Staff are very friendly although they dont soeak that much english but they are very nice.

There’s just a huge mold in the ceiling and the room is not sound proof everyone talking in the hallway or closing the door of other room you can hear them. In the morning if someone is checking out and cleaning the room you can hear it so basically you’ll get disturbed. But the location is amazing, walking distance to ben than market, saigon square, cafe apartment etc

The hotel's rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating to our request to change rooms on the second day. The hotel was within walking distance to Ben Tanh Market, Saigon Square and Takashimaya Shopping Centre. It was also nearby to halal restaurants. The combination of its convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations makes it an excellent choice for travelers seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The lift was quite small

Took advantage of the downtown Distric 1 location to walk to dinner, check out couples lounge, and have some drink !!!

My mother's very first time to Vietnam. Prior to stay, i had conversations with staff on different days pertaining the room, they were very patient to reply though same questions were repetitive. Stayed in twin room. Hotel had lift. Rooms were made up daily, water bottles replenished, beds were comfortable. Front desk staff whom we came in contact were very accomodative and extremely kind and helpful. Walking distance to many amenities. Thank you very much for your utmost patience when attending to my mother. On our last day, Duyuen a small sized staff with great strength initiated and helped me to carry my heavy luggage down the steps. A highly recommended accomodation value for money.

Our room was on the 6th floor with a good city view. The room was quite spacious and have a seating area with 2 armchairs, bathroom was clean and of an acceptable standard. Fridge, kettle, hair-dryer and bottle waters all provided for, It also has good air-conditioning and room service everyday. The hotel is 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and within 5-10 minutes walk there are many eateries and small circle-k type shops. We were generally happy with our stay.

The furniture in the room is starting to get a bit worn. No restaurants on site.

Close to the market, and Malaysian street just 1 block away. Staff was helpful and providing us with all the necessities. Will definitely come back and stay again here.

Housekeeping did not work someday and engineering did not work in the hotel. As my room got issue with the air conditioner

The location really strategic and easy to move around and easy to find. The staff was amazing throughout our stay.Plenty of halal foods just at the back of the building.The staff even help me to book an appointment with their lovely spa at different location.Dont worry the Spa only 4 mins walking distance.

If you come from Malaysia just prepare a travel adaptor.They do have universal plug point but it was useless in my room.

All Staff are very courteous and very accommodating. Rooms are clean. Kudos to the cleaning lady. Hotel is small but in a nice location besides Ben thanh market. Good restaurants nearby. I would still recommend this hotel even though I have wrote a negative comment and would myself stay at the same place and get a suite room. It can fit 3 people Choose a room on back side so there is no noise in morning from the main road, though it was very less. Rooms 201 ,301 are bigger than 101 and has nicer chairs

We had booked deluxe double bed and deluxe twin room. We had requested early check-in @9 as our flights were in the morning. We were told that rooms are not available. we would need to pay 50% of the rate if needed early check-in. Which means the rooms were available but they were not ready to provide one untill we paid 50% extra. We saw the rooms and they were quite small with no windows. We upgraded to suite room and paid 50% extra of the double room rate. The suite room did not have a locker. We requested one which was not working. They tried for two days. On the third and last day technician repaired it. Mugs and kettle are provided but no tea, coffee, sugar packets. AC in suite room our friend choose on 2nd floor (201) was not working , so they moved to first floor.

We loved the central location, decent shower (with hut water), quiet and effective aircon, really quiet room, and two comfy double beds. Just to add, I think we were lucky - our room was super quiet (No.402) and faced to the rear of the hotel, away from the main street. I imagine the room facing the front may be less quiet. Plenty of food options around and a good little supermarket just opposite.
