Location (within walking distances to cafes, good restaurants, and major tourist attractions too many to name), buffet breakfast and made to order were the best since we started our trip, clean rooms. Special mention to Hana and Tu for their efforts in booking us a bus to the Cat Thien National Park. Not easy but they persisted because they care about their customers. Well managed hotel. Friendly. Would recommend as a hotel to consider when you are in Ho Chi Minh.

Would have liked an extra pillow as the bed is a little too firm for my liking. However, room was spotless and cleaned daily which was much appreciated.

My overall stay was excellent. The breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive. The manager is awesome! He went out of his way to make it a pleasant stay. The hotel location was excellent; located one block from the Ben Thanh market. I will chose the Luxe again when returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to help. Guests who stayed there, were from all over the world. I had great conversations with people.

The bed was extremely hard, for people who sleep on their side makes it uncomfortable.

Great service from the receptionists Wifi Breakfast isn't big but was nice with location and service Location Cooler in the reception and where the breakfast was Landry service Recommend!! If not for the bugs, I would give them 10/10

Air conditioner wasn't so good. Stopped working sometime or if it worked, it could come a decent smell of mold. The windows isn't thick so you hear everything going on the streats and that moves outside. Really didn't like the small bugs/ants/spiders? There where a whole lot of them in all spaces (yes also in bed sometime) but easily killed.

the staff are very on the ball and very friendly, rushed down to help us carry our luggages even when we return late in the wee hours. hotel is very clean and cosy. wide selection of tv channels. everything is well written and explained. love that there are 3 mirrors at the sink area with good lighting.

bathroom light is a bit dim.

Great location for access to many attractions. Very close to Benh Thanh Market and 1KM or less to other places like shopping malls, Sai Gon Square, War Remnants Museum and Ben Nghe Street Food.

Room was quite small. We had a window in our room but some rooms don't - be aware when booking.

Staff and location is what makes this hotel good. Room pretty poor like a 2 star hotel. But the staff from, the elder man guarding the bikes/car to the reception and the hosts are an absolute 10+! Probably the best staff in hcmc. Too bad the hotel does not match this. Without the staff the score would be a 6.

Location is very near to ben thanh market, just a short walk and if you like to walk a lot a few blocks away you'll soon be in the middle of district 1 malls and tourist attractions.

A bit noisy in the daytime and nighttime but it didn't bother us that much because we were able to still sleep because after 12am it's not that noisy anymore. Walls are a bit thin, we can hear the next room to us when going in and out of the room and if they're talking loud.
