Excellent staff service friendly and very helpful. The room was great in size with all the facilities needed, adding a very comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was another tick for this hotel with so much to choose and kitchen staff were always checking on people to get a better meal. Location can't be better than Sanouva Hotel with 2 minutes walk to Vincom Mall and l9cal market. We wanted to extend our booming to half day due to our late flight but the hotel was fully booked however the great staff assisted in offering us a shower for free after the check out. Lovely little hotel in an excellent location. 15 minute walk in one direction to the food market, post office, cathedral, town hall etc. 15 minutes in the other direction was the walking street and nightlife. The hotel itself was small but charming. We had rooms on the 9th floor with great views. Bed was comfy, decent sized room, powerful shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Only two small complaints. The lighting in the room wasn't great. No overhead lights and the side lights didnt really light up the room enough. The blinds also didnt keep out the sun so in the morning the room was too well lit.

Everything was exceptional. Check in was very smooth and the hotel staff kindly accomodated my request for a quiet room. Great value in central location. Room was spacious, super clean, bed was very comfortable, there was a desk for working, outlets and lamps by the bed, great shower water pressure. Breakfast was outstanding and staff worked very hard to replenish trays and clear tables as they were very busy. Location could not have been better for walking to main tourist areas and felt very safe.

Everything! Huge, comfortable king sized bed with extra pillows. Fantastic, working A/C; lovely sitting area, breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Vietnam over three weeks, wonderful fresh selection of Vietnamese & European items and not so much selection that there is loads of food waste. Loved the quails eggs, the stir-fried prawns with vegetables, the yoghurt and the passion fruit; great coffee! Friendly, English-speaking reception staff and a very helpful concierge.

The shower/hand shower temperature was difficult to adjust - almost burnt my scalp when showering in the evening. It was either scalding hot or lukewarm-warm

Location was excellent, very close to Ben Thanh and right next to a brew-pub. No shortage of dining options around the area, and a short walk to most things. Staff - exceptionally friendly and welcoming and loved the nice touches they put on our room as a welcome. Room itself, whilst a bit smaller than expected, still fit the job.

Breakfast space is small and fills very quickly. Go super early or a bit later, or be prepared to wait. Shower screen could be a bit better at waterproofing, each shower resulted in pools of water outside the shower area.

It was my first time in Vietnam and the location of the hotel was perfect for reaching the nearby sights, including a stop for the hop on hop off bus tour. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the team kindly provided a takeaway breakfast on the day I was leaving. The staff were friendly and helpful - thanks to Tran for her help with my questions. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I was a bit confused by the offer of a free transfer to the hotel from the airport since I was not sure it was free. It would be worth checking this before booking.

I liked everything, our room is very clean, they provide clean towels everyday. New slippers. The breakfast is delicious! The location is very near Ben Than Market. What made our stay extra special is the staff. They are very acommodating, they speak good english. And they are all smiles. Highly recommend this place if you are planning on going to HCM

I think what could be improved is the sink, the sides of the sink can get very wet. The free toiletries should be visible, I only found the free toiletries on our last day, I didnt know that it was hidden in the bathroom cabinet. Also, when you change the towels, I hope you can also get the used towels, because dirty towels stared to pile up.

Excellent location close to "all what you need to see". Really close to BT market. Check-in & Check out very smooth and fast , supportive receptionist. High level of cleanness. Quite during night time. Excellent tasty breakfast. Highly recommend for short stay.

There is reconstruction of street pathway ..so its little bit disturbing ( sure its not Hotel failure ). TV screens "out of time" ... could be change for new & "bigger" ones. Shower could be clean more precise...

great location - many good restaurants nearby & many attractions can be reached easily within 1km walking distance from the hotel good staff with excellent services - all staff can speak very good English, they are polite, helpful & friendly, always there whenever needed reception cum tour desk, Ms Trang is very dedicated to her job, she has helped to book hop-on hop-off city sightseeing (waited at no.44 bus stop, just 50m away) & cu chi tunnel tour there’s an airport transfer service, the hotel chauffeur, Mr Son picked us up at the arrival hall on time housekeeping staff kept our room clean every day & always asked if we need extra drinking water, was amazed that the bathroom with branded TOTO products eg. toilet & sink restaurant breakfast is delicious, staff are very nice, always refill the food & clear the used dishes on the tables
