Perfect location and breakfast very yummy you can ask them to make you pho and it’s delicious and is included with the breakfast

I got the room with private balcony but it’s actually share with the room next door but they put some stuff to give you privacy but is not what I thought it will be

Rooms are a little dated but still in tidy enough condition

I stayed in one of the Garden Balcony rooms and absolutely loved it! After a long day of touring and exploring, the peaceful atmosphere was just what I needed to unwind. Waking up to the view of the garden each morning was such a pleasant and calming way to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

The location is perfect—conveniently close to everything! I really appreciated the easy access to major landmarks, museums, local markets, and a wide range of dining options. From pho and cơm tấm to delicious bánh mì, everything was just a short walk away.

The location was really good, the room was clean and there was an aircon which wasn’t loud. We picked the room with a window so that was also nice. The beds were comfortable, in the bathroom we had almost everything we needed. Staff was incredible, very nice and helpful, they even notified us right away that we left something in the safe (expensive camera lenses). We could leave our luggage at the hotel after check out for a couple hours.

The room is smaller than we expected but we are not that picky (definitely not like on the photos). A bit old and worn out. There was one cockroach and a couple mosquitoes but we killed them and didn’t open the window so there were no more and we were fine with it. There could be some hangers in the bathroom.

Staff were very good. Hotel has everything you need for 3 star. Hotel was cleaner than some 5 star resorts we have stayed in, which was appreciated! The first night was noisy due to it being close to a club but the hotel does provide ear plugs. The second night there wasn't as much noise :) nice sized balcony. We quite liked the location and enjoyed going out exploring. We went to Wellness 4 spa just around corner who do a great foot massage for thise tired feet. Loved going to the market down the road too, just make sure you haggle! Breakfast options were limited but it did the job.

Limited breakfast options, soy or oat milk would be appreciated. Noisy the first night but earplugs given.

We were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who finalised our booking including requesting payment in the local currency for the booking either by cash or credit card, a nice surprise because the booking actually mentioned our credit card will be charged prior to our actual booked date. Front desk staff were very caring always greeted us when we leave for somewhere or returning, they also happy to make taxi or rideshared cars such as Grab - a local version similar to Uber for us Because Ly Tu Trong is a very busy but relatively narrow street, hired cars and taxis could only stop to drop off or pick up passengers from the opposite side of the hotel - staff actually turned themselves into traffic wardens blocking traffic for us to reach our hired car. As we booked for two nights but actually only stayed till 4:30 pm the next day the hotel offered us complementary breakfast, menu was reasonable with local and European style dishes

Nothing in particular

The hotel is located a minute away from Benh Than Market and not far from other places to visit. The room was nice and clean, the corridors look a bit old. We had a balcony on the street side. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, after the first night we were able to change to a higher room where the noise from the street was less disturbing. Breakfast is basic but good, don't get fooled by the buffet, they have a menu from which you can order Vietnamese noodle soup and a variety of egg, bacon dishes.

I stayed in 901 from 3 to 6 Nov 23. The room is nice with a balcony but the aircon was not strong or cold enough to prevent the heat coming through the balcony window. Room was quite hot throughout our stay....Time to look into this. Thanks

Fabulous staff always friendly and helpful. Big room with comfortable bed. Very clean and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was great with western (cereal , toast, fruit, bacon, eggs, sausage) and Asian ( rice, stews, veges, bahmi) options. Loved the location with ministop across the road. Market really close (180m) and walking distance to water puppet show. Streets easy to cross. Heaps of dining options around the hotel too. Price was exceptional!

Loved everything. Hubby would have liked an extra pillow but you can always ask for that. No swimming pool but air con is great.

Location is great, directly opposite a store which was very convenient for snacks, drinks, and personal items, nice restaurants around, and short walk to cafe apartments (you can see them from the balcony too!) We booked the Signature room, it was very spacious, balcony was gorgeous (you sort of share the lily pad pond, if both guests were out on their balcony it wouldn’t feel very private but this was not an issue for us). Shower was great, lovely scented shampoo/body wash provided, good bathroom amenities were provided and replaced (we only had one full day, but I imagine it could be daily they are replaced). Bed was big and comfortable especially the pillows Safety deposit box, air con, fridge, and TV were all working great, we always appreciate these in a hotel Staff were nice, breakfast was nice

My only downside is the lamps on either side of the bed were extremely dim, so it was either big main light or basically no light in the room
