The staff working at the hotel (Nghi and Vinh in particular) made this place special! initially I was wary of the hotel - the lobby is not the most welcoming/presentable however done let this sway you! The room was meticulous, cleaned every day and I had free water everyday. The hotel has two sister hotels in other streets of district 1, and has connections with a restaurant from which you can order home style cooking! I highly recommend the food!! it is cheap and tasty and consistently good! I loved staying here! (room 302) It isn't luxurious, you get what you pay for and you get all the essentials 🤗🌈

Ot would have been nice to have a window, however unless you live in the room, it is fine as it is.

Amazing location with a lot around but the room was still surprisingly tranquil. The price was so cheap considering how long I stayed and the friendly staff were very accomodating... I was surprised with how clean the place was kept and there are staff there helping you should you wish to book a tour which I'd recommend as they pick you up from the hotel and are comparatively well priced. I definitely recommend you book this hotel when traveling to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam as I'll be doing the same again

For the price I couldn't complain. The Air conditioning was a bit difficult to operate but that's more of an issue of unfamiliarity.

I enjoyed the central location in district 1 , lot's going on around , and the staff were very friendly but not limited to politeness, they were also helpful when I was In need of help Day receptionist was very attentive, enjoyed exchanging language skills ,including English, Vietnemese and even Scottish Gaelic phrases

The only minor room for improvement really is that the lobby could have a bit more atmosphere added (decorations,maybe even a dancing wild animal?), not a big detail but it was my first thought on arrival , good to be honest

The staff, Nghi and Truoc made our stay impeccable. The hotel is ok however the staff especially Nghi went above and beyond what I would expect any front desk person to do for us; extremely kind and compassionate. Checking on us daily to make sure our stay was going well and that we slept well. Helped with organizing bus transportation and services around the city.

The hotel was ok. It was worth what you pay for.

the facilities/condition of the hotel could be better. it's doable, it does the job. you get what you pay, but for this price in HCM compared to Hoi An, I think it can be better.

We booked the room so we could freshen up before our international flight. We only needed the room for four hours. We arrived to the hotel at 0930 and when staff realised what we needed the room for, they got a room for us straight away. We checked out at 1430 the same day. Staff were amazing and we were very grateful for getting us in early. Would totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nicely located in District 1 with restaurants and markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. the Hotel manager in the name of Nghi was amazing person helped me with my queries.

It would have been better if they served breakfast.

without me asking they didn't clean the room, and also I think it would be nice if there is a lamp or any other small light next to the bed

The location was great being close to a few of the main spots including an amazing modern food market 10min walk and to the famous souvenir markets.

The rooms were good enough but didn’t quite meet what was shown in the photos. The biggest downside was the burning of cigarettes as “incense” in the lobby. This was hugely off putting for those that don’t smoke and also unfair for them to have to deal with that.

The receptionist named NGH was so nice and accomodating, can speak english very well

The pressure of the water of the shower is not good and the man at the front desk during night time is not friendly at all and having a hard time speaking English.
