The Rosa Hotel was a clean establishment and the staff did a wonderful job The people working at the breakfast buffet were very helpful and informative when we asked them questions about what to do for the day and everyone that we talk to was very helpful although we may have had some communication problems since we only spoke English we were able to use our phones to translate and they were very patient with us when we were trying to do it and we appreciate that Thank you for a wonderful experience

We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel we were on the go most of the time so we didn't experience anything negative or anything that would make us not want to stay at this hotel again overall this was a wonderful experience but it was more of just a stopping place to sleep for us and ask questions preparing for our daily activities so we didn't experience anything negative

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and well presented. The breakfast offered a great variety of cuisines, which we really appreciated. The best part was the location! Everything was within walking distance, so we didn’t need to book a single car during our stay. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. For the price, this place was an absolute gem. We would absolutely stay here again!

The only downside is that our room was close to the main road so it was a-bit noisy at night.

This is my third time staying at the Rosa over the past few years. The reason I enjoyed and always go back to the Rosa whenever I am in HCMC is because it a bit like the US Sitcom Cheers….its remarkable place, staff and nearby neighbours are friendly and will always find time for a chat. You can sit in the coffee stall next door all day and meet fellow travellers and locals. It is truly a place where everybody knows your name.

location was very convient to the markets and food eateries. The Staff were very good and very polite and very helpful. The Cleaning ladies were incredible great and could not do enough for their guest and if you wanted to organise taxi's or Grabacab they were very helpful as required.

I would be very picky if i was to try and find something and if i wanted to try and find something; I believe there should be lockable safes in each room.

Wow. What a fantastic experience. Was a little unsure after some reviewer said some negative comments. But my experience was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff from the management, to the breakfast staff and such a positive cleaning team. Nothing was too much hard work to make my experience the best it could be. This was a birthday celebration for my partner and the room was clean, spacious, modern and everything was perfect. Nothing negative to say. The breakfast was small but a perfect selection of traditional Vietnamese foods. Great selection of drinks in the mini fridge. Free tea and coffee in room and plenty of water needed after walking around the hot city. Great location in district 1, plenty of places to eat and see. Thank Ms. Nale for all your help. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Tommy Nung and Nula! Let me leave luggage while I went away for a night and no charge, parked outside and felt totally secure as they chain up guests bikes at night and in the daytime they have a watchman! Breakfast was good, fried eggs, toast, coffee, juice, fruit and some noddle soup! TV had a few English speaking channels too, including 3 movie channels! Great location, a stones throw from Ben Tanh market. Rooms were clean, no complaints there, Nung the friendly cleaner lady does an awesome job and works really hard and always with a smile on her face!

The hotel is in the centre of district 1 within 5 minutes walk from the local Ben Thanh Market. This market is great for shopping for memorabilia, dry fruits, coffee, tea and fresh fruits.There is an over 100 years old Hindu temple for Mariamman near by. Lots of eateries and shops are nearby too . An excellent but a bit expensive coffee hotel at the corner is a minute away from the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a safety combination safe in the room and one can lock passports and valuables in these lockers and thus avoid the worry of losing them. The reception staff are very polite and friendly. They do speak passable English. However, the cleaning and restaurant staff hardly speak any English.

The breakfast was not great. I have stayed in other hotels in this country where breakfast has been excellent. The shower cubicle is a bit cramped. The streets around the hotel have a lot of hawkers and shops where the store personnel try to invite you in. But, when one is aware of the challenges of meeting living costs in this country for the local people, it is understandable. To their credit a polite smile and a nod or guesture to say "no" is usually accepted.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The housekeeping team also ensured our rooms were spotless and comfortable every day. It’s clear the staff here genuinely care about their guests.

The location is extremely good and my friends and I managed to walk through District 1 in 4 days. The beds were big too. The staff is really kind and there was a guy helping us to call the person in charge of our excursion to Cu Chi Tunnels to know more about the pick up details.

The card payment is unacceptable in the hotel and I almost used up my cash on my first day. Also, there is not much variety of breakfast and it is the same every day.
