Nice room. And clean bathroom

Pool was dirty ,completely no go into .no jacuzzi.ask it's good before reservation .

The room was clean. I am not a big fan of carpets, but was very clean, the AC worked well. The breakfast was decent, with enough options, including an egg station and a pho station. The swimming pool and outdoor area were nice for cooling off after a day out. I chose a room with a bathtub, which looked like a jacuzzi, but the system didn’t work. Still, the bathtub was clean and comfortable enough, so I used anyway. In general, It was a good experience.

The best location available in Saigon. Very friendly and helpful staff. We found Nam, Huy and Vân to be especially helpful and accommodating. Very kid-friendly in all aspects, the staff helps out to keep kids happy. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

The western part of the breakfast could have a larger selection (like cheese, yogurt, better cereal).

I had a massage in the spa. The massage was great. However the massage therapist insisted on a tip. Even had a form printed out. I was surprised and she verbally accosted me. At that point I gave her a small tip. She chased me to the stairs and threw it at me. I was aghast! I reported this to the staff on. The feedback I received was the therapist was part time and they immediately fired her. Great massage, I would have been happy to hear that they taught her rather than just firing her.

Fabulous location, friendly staff that went above and beyond! Room was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok, there was a reasonable variety and good omelettes! When my daughter lost her favourite toy in the room (it went on an adventure to the laundry lol) they went above and beyond to find it!

Only criticism is that the pool bar needed some variety and more seats! If it was busy there wasn’t anywhere to sit. But that’s a minor issue

The room was excellent! The staff were excellent! The location is excellent! Just an all round great hotel.

It was a couple of small things, our fridge was quite loud, pillows too hard and there was some construction going on (which i believe was maintenance related) but the only big thing I thought was that the rooftop pool/bar/Cafe could really use a revamp. The set out of the whole area could be 100% better for workers and their guests.

The hotel is located in a great area, close to all the main attractions, which made it convenient for sightseeing. In the evenings, it was a real treat to unwind in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the staff was incredibly attentive and polite, always ready to help without being intrusive.

my room had a noticeable chemical smell, possibly from some cleaning or treatment, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the room lacked a window, making it feel a bit claustrophobic.

We had a twin bed room - beds were very hard and would benefit from a thick mattress topper But my husband liked his hard bed and had a great nights sleep! There wasn’t anything else not to like
