Great location and friendly helpful staff

Many rooms only have a small window facing to the inside of the building. Not a big issue but It could be made clearer during booking

I booked through booking.com and the rate was half of what the nightly cost for the room was on accident. There was an error somewhere however the hotel honoured the discounted rate I had found through booking.com and I was able to stay for the night for the price noted! The hotel pool was lovely and breakfast included was a great bonus!

This place has an ideal location near restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is diverse and delicious. This is a great place to stay in the city.

This hotel was a great place to stay in District 1. Close to great restaurants, massage parlors and easy to walk to all the great tourists spots in the city. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with all our needs. The rooms were really clean and the linen was always fresh daily.

The breakfast buffet was not great, did not have a lot of 'western food' options, breakfast was mainly soup, noodles, rice etc. We would go to breakfast a little later in the morning (8:30-9am) and found that food was not replenished, felt if you did not come early you would miss out. The egg station was great and was our go to option.

Good location with Independent Palace hear by. The rooms are clean and fully equipped. Shampoo, bodywash gel, handwash gel, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, shower cap, slippers, hairdryer, coffee, tea, kettle, all provided in the room. Good breakfast changes daily. I stayed for 3 nights. We had a 92-year-old grandpa with us. There are 2 elevators. There is a small pool on the roof floor, 8 meters long, can be used for every day, and towels are provided aside.

Since here is Southeast Asia, and our room type only has a window to the corridor, there was a musty smell. But it can be much better with the window open.

Friendly helpful,staff and a nice spacious and quiet room overlooking street.

Bathroom has become a bit tired, plastic bath with no rim so ended up with water all over floor after showering in it. Pool could do with resurfacing but water was cool and clean so we enjoyed a refreshing swim. Breakfasts catered more to Asian customers and we found it a bit limited formEuropean tastes. The omelettes though were fantastic.

Amazing location, friendly staff, clean and tidy well priced Roof top pool, it didn’t have. Bar but there’s a phone beside the pool and they send your order up straight away

On arrival we were given a superior room, apparently this is actually a standard room ( apparently the same everywhere in Asia) it had no windows. However staff were great we paid a small surcharge and upgraded our room and it was ideal so all sorted very quickly

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, we stayed with my 84 year old Aunty and they helped us all the time, location was excellent too all of the attractions, most within walking distance ( even for my Aunty) Breakfast was very good, good selection of food. We couldn't of picked a better place.

Unfortunately the pool needs a bit of work but that didn't stop us from having a swim every day.
