Lovely suites, comfortable bed, nice balcony

Checkin, rude older woman very abrupt. We also wanted to come back after our stay, went to na Trang and wanted to stay for a further week. This same woman refused to let us leave a suitcase at the hotel, very rudely said they did not have room for a case. Other staff were very nice. Swimming pool had bad. Steps up and down to the pool. Thin steel step which cut into your feet. So we did not swim and we’re looking forward to swim.

The property was very modern, clean and well presented. The staff gave exceptional service and were always smiling. The location was excellent close to many attractions

$35USD for airport shuttle one way is a bit steep when you can get a grab for under $10aud or $7USD. The mattresses were like sleeping on concrete my husband tried sleeping on the couch & I had to use pillows under my body to get any sleep and be able to walk the next day.

The bath area need to improve on the drainage. There is 3 shower area in my room and all of them flood when we shower as drainage seems to be choke. We didn’t tell the staff as it really didn’t affect us that must which made us forget even we stayed for 5 nights!

Garden View Court provided an incredibly spacious apartment, making it an ideal base for the final leg of our Southeast Asian journey. The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly its unbeatable location. Situated within walking distance of Ho Chi Minh City’s major attractions, including the Ben Nghe Street Food Precinct and Ben Thanh Market, both just a couple of minutes away. The area is brimming with restaurants and cafes, ensuring endless dining options right outside your door. While the rooms are a bit dated and could benefit from a renovation, they were very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was wonderfully refreshing after a day out exploring the city’s vibrant streets, and the washer and dryer were a welcome convenience, especially during a longer trip. The exceptional service from the staff added to the overall experience, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely choose Garden View Court again as our home base in Ho Chi Minh City and recommend it to anyone seeking a well-located and well-equipped place to stay.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked fully equipped. Useful to have a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities for use. The gym was good enough for a workout, although equipment is outdated. The reception offered support to book tours, although they were more expensive than booking through travel agents outside. It was nice to have the space of an apartment after booking many hotel rooms in Vietnam.

The apartment was dark, even on a sunny day (fine for us as we were out most of the daytime anyway). It faces directly at another building which is lined with aircon machines which makes noise all day/night. Additionally, the balcony is not desirable to use as it was dirty, no view, and noisy with the aircon machines right there.

We stayed in the Luxury Two Bedroom Apartments and it felt very clean, new and modern. Heaps of space for our two boys to run around. We didn’t use the kitchen so cannot comment on that. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, bell boy offered to bring up our Grab food to our door, Restaurant staff happily packaged breakfast for us on one of our early morning starts for a tour. Doorman were very attentive and would open the door for us every time. They would see us coming back and would race up the stairs to open the door for us! Having laundry and dryer in the apartment was super convenient! Location was great! Short walk to Ben Thánh Market but just far enough that it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Shower over bath so lots of water dripping onto the floors. Only stairs to enter the building, so it is not accessible or pram friendly. We were lucky we had a travel pram so it wasn’t too heavy.

Our second stay here. What drew us back was the location and the comfort of having our own small well equipped apartment to return to rather than a standard hotel room. The staff are charming, helpful and polite.

unfortunately there was renovation work going on throughout the day which began rather early (0800) with hammering and drilling directly above our bedroom. I guess it needs to be done so we were just unfortunate with the timing of our stay.

We selected this apartment and location after extensive research online. On arrival the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our overall impressions of the huge one-bedroom apartment were very positive over the course of our stay. We were very pleased with the amount of living and sleeping space we had and there was also ample storage space. Although we didn’t eat in the apartment it had all the amenities necessary if you wanted to cook for yourself. The room was always immaculate when we returned from a day out travelling around the city with fresh towels and toiletries etc. A varied self-service breakfast was available every day from 6-10 am and there was something to suit all tastes. We also had a couple of evening meals in the hotel restaurant and they were very good quality as well as being very reasonably priced. All the staff were generous with their time and always helpful in answering any questions that we had as this was our first trip to Vietnam. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is absolutely perfect for various attractions in district 1. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and I wish all holiday accommodation was as good as this! We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and would rebook again if we come back to Vietnam.

We loved our spacious 1 bedroom (2 bathroom) apartment & as it was our last 4 nights in Vietnam it was great to have our own washing machine & dryer. The location was great & was a relatively easy walk to various different points of interest, the ‘Hop on Hop Off Bus’, cafes & mini marts. The buffet breakfast was always good with plenty of choices & the staff were friendly & welcoming.

The view from our apartment was very ordinary - the wall of the next door building & a rooftop with a distant view of some trees & buildings. However we didn’t expect a view being in District 1 so it wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. The swimming pool is basically indoors & has only 2 sun lounges so if you enjoy relaxing on a lounge by the pool getting a bit of sunshine this isn’t the pool for you. If you just want to cool off after a hot day out, it’s great.

We booked a 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom apartment for 7 days. This apartment on 10th floor was the size of a house. It had a very big kitchen and large living area as well All bedrooms were a good size with the master bedroom being really big. The master was the only room with an ensuite which had a shower over bath. There was a dressing room and balcont to the master also. The other 3 bathrooms all offered different facilities but this was ample for the four of us. There was a full laundry with complementary detergent. There was plenty of complementary water daily. Room service was great with a whole team attending each day to clean our apartment and provide fresh bed linen daily! The staff were lovely and could not have been more pleasant or helpful; opening doors, assisting us down the front steps, arranging anything we required and all with a beautiful smile. Break fast was good with ample choices and the restaurant is available for evening dining too. The location of this property is superb!

Our apartment had 2 balconies and unfortunately they were full of air conditioners so there was barely room to place a chair to sit. The day time view was not great anyway but the night time view was lovely. The property offers a gym, sauna and pool. We did use the pool one day and it was freezing!! It receives no sun and was so cold we did not go for another swim which was a shame as the pool is large and there is a spa and lovely seating options.
