It was very spacious, the couch and bed were very comfortable and having two toilets was a bonus. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to get us breakfast even though we had arrived after breakfast.

I have knee problems and find it difficult going down stairs without a rail to hold onto. I did not realise the apartment did not have a seperate shower to the bath and with my knees I found it really difficult to get into and I have a big bruise where I kept hitting my leg getting in and out. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel as I should have enquired on booking if there were rooms with seperate showers.

Room was very clean- not one bit of dust anywhere. Staff are fantastic. Very friendly, nothing is too much. From booking taxis and helping with luggage. Location is great. I also liked how you could still access shower facilities on the day of check out. This was useful as we had a night flight. Fast WiFi as well.

We had an issue with the balcony. We paid extra for a room with one, as pictures show a large balcony however out last was tiny and not big enough to fit one chair on it to sit outside. Air conditioning units also on balcony so they are very loud and expelling hot air so it’s impossible to even stand on the balcony. Also there was loud music playing for about 2 hours every night near the hotel. Not the hotels issue at all, but just something to be aware of. It got annoying after a couple of nights!

The property was very modern, clean and well presented. The staff gave exceptional service and were always smiling. The location was excellent close to many attractions

$35USD for airport shuttle one way is a bit steep when you can get a grab for under $10aud or $7USD. The mattresses were like sleeping on concrete my husband tried sleeping on the couch & I had to use pillows under my body to get any sleep and be able to walk the next day.

Lovely suites, comfortable bed, nice balcony

Checkin, rude older woman very abrupt. We also wanted to come back after our stay, went to na Trang and wanted to stay for a further week. This same woman refused to let us leave a suitcase at the hotel, very rudely said they did not have room for a case. Other staff were very nice. Swimming pool had bad. Steps up and down to the pool. Thin steel step which cut into your feet. So we did not swim and we’re looking forward to swim.

I liked the staff. The front desk was very professional and courteous. I could not ask for a more attentive and helpful fron desk. The cleaning staff was also amazing. I have no idea how they knew when I was gone for a long period of time because my sleep varied but every single time I cam back to an immaculate room. I also liked the room it had everything that I needed to have a pleasant stay. I also liked the gym, however, it would be better if there was more floor space for jumping rope, calisthenics and stretching.

The wifi could be stronger in the gym and pool areas. The gym is too small.

What can I say! This is a gem of a place. The breakfast was excellent with plenty for my vegan partner. The staff were so friendly, polite and efficient. It's in a great location, just ten minutes walk to the city, yet quiet at night. The room was outstanding. Not really a "room", but a self contained flat with all you could possibly need, including clothes washing facilities ( really useful when it's 34 degrees and humid outside!.) There's a pool and a gym I believe, with changing facilities. So much for such an absolute bargain price. We enjoyed our stay immensely . Thanks to all the staff!

Garden View Court provided an incredibly spacious apartment, making it an ideal base for the final leg of our Southeast Asian journey. The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly its unbeatable location. Situated within walking distance of Ho Chi Minh City’s major attractions, including the Ben Nghe Street Food Precinct and Ben Thanh Market, both just a couple of minutes away. The area is brimming with restaurants and cafes, ensuring endless dining options right outside your door. While the rooms are a bit dated and could benefit from a renovation, they were very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was wonderfully refreshing after a day out exploring the city’s vibrant streets, and the washer and dryer were a welcome convenience, especially during a longer trip. The exceptional service from the staff added to the overall experience, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely choose Garden View Court again as our home base in Ho Chi Minh City and recommend it to anyone seeking a well-located and well-equipped place to stay.

The hotel is very centrally located and it's within walking distance to almost all the landmarks and tourist sites. There are plenty of restaurants, malls, and SPA shops nearby. The breakfast was superb! They never repeated any hot dishes, including the noodle stand, during our 4 nights' stay. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer, and the staff was helpful and cheerful. It was a pleasant stay.

Not really, except I couldn't use the kitchen because there are so many great eateries nearby. It'd be better, though, if the housekeepers checked the "housekeeping" sign more frequently. Our room wasn't made on the last day when we went back in the afternoon, even though I hung the "housekeeping" sign on our door. But it's only one day, it's really no big deal.

Location is great! Walking distance to most attractions, very suitable for family with kids. Lots of restaurants, massage for family

The bath area need to improve on the drainage. There is 3 shower area in my room and all of them flood when we shower as drainage seems to be choke. We didn’t tell the staff as it really didn’t affect us that must which made us forget even we stayed for 5 nights!

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked fully equipped. Useful to have a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities for use. The gym was good enough for a workout, although equipment is outdated. The reception offered support to book tours, although they were more expensive than booking through travel agents outside. It was nice to have the space of an apartment after booking many hotel rooms in Vietnam.

The apartment was dark, even on a sunny day (fine for us as we were out most of the daytime anyway). It faces directly at another building which is lined with aircon machines which makes noise all day/night. Additionally, the balcony is not desirable to use as it was dirty, no view, and noisy with the aircon machines right there.
