The location is perfect, views from terrace are great.

Pool is too deep, the water would be warmer with half a metre less water. Pool bar service is only 4pm to 6pm and what could be a lovely rooftop area is just dead.

Walkable to the main sights, easy to use grab and Ben Nghe Street Food market is just around the corner. Fantastic! The room was big and we got upgraded to a park view on booking.com. Liked the toiletries but the shower is in the bath and quite a climb on and out still not bad and clean. They clean the rooms early. Flip flops and robes provided for the pool. Nice to cool down after sightseeing. View from the rooftop is great. Don’t think about taking the slippers with you. Even if you’ve worn them, they are not free to take! Had help booking our onward travel to Mui Ne with G5 cars limo minibus which was excellent. Do your research first and they can make the calls and help sort things out.

Breakfast is ok. Fruit selection not the best and things run out early and are not always available for top up. Breakfast room is soulless and coffee was average at best, which is a shame.

Perfect location next to park, relatively quiet and airy, in walking distance of restaurants and market. Room was big, quiet, very comfortable bed, walk-in shower, good airco, safe, coffee and tea maker, bathrobes, slippers, top notch! Lovely swimming pool and bar on rooftop, small but well appointed gym as well. Cleaning staff excellent and friendly, at breakfast and reception very mixed, most of the staff friendly, with unfortunately a few bad apples..

Some of the girls at reception or waiting staff uninterested , or downright rude. I had wanted to extend my initial booking online for two days, but that didn’t work thru the site. Messaging with the hotel they assured me it would be no problem. Upon arrival two very “efficient” ladies were all business, no smiles or friendly welcome after a 16 hour trip. Ok then.. when I just wanted to make sure about the extension, all they said was “you have to pay 2.000.000”. Which was way more than the 1.450.000 I paid in the original booking. Trying to find out why they hadn’t mentioned this in the messages we exchanged, she became downright rude and this made me feel very unwelcome. So even though the hotel is very nice and wel situated, I almost turned around and left.

Nice room,comfortable bed, good housekeeping service and well presented breakfast with lots of variety.

Some staff were very helpful and polite, others not so much. Compared to other hotels in Vietnam the staff were not very friendly. The pool area seemed neglected. There were big leather dinning chairs & tables just stacked up at side of pool and sunbeds just pushed into corner...nothing like the pool photos. Plus inexpicably , there was a life sized model helicopter parked on pool side!!

Our room was clean and comfortable. There is a rooftop pool which was refreshing after a busy day exploring. The breakfast had a good variety. The location of this hotel is very good. It is situated across the road from the Independence Palace and a short walk to the Ben Thanh markets, the War Remnants Museum and lovely restaurants.

The hotel organised our transfer from the airport but no one was there to greet us which was a bit disappointing.

Great location, luxury feel to stay & facilities. Pool area & rooftop bar was amazing. Fellow travellers were decent & friendly. No noisy nighttime , boisterous behaviours. Buffet Breakfast met all clients needs.

Accessibility was a problem , due to many stairs at front. The staff however carried my Husbands electric scooter/ wheel chair when needed. However this did not affect our stay. Husband was very satisfied. An easier way of access Hotel such as usable ramps to reception area would be appreciated.

We were delighted to get a room upgrade and wow, it was fabulous. The bedroom was large and the bathroom was the height of luxury, with a jacuzzi bath, his and her sinks and a Japanese toilet with a remote control. We felt quite spoiled. The buffet breakfast was good with a wide choice of Vietnamese and Western food. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and very helpful. We would definitely return

The rooftop pool was okay but would have benefitted from some more loungers for relaxing.

A large modern hotel with an attractive, large lobby area and breakfast restaurant and buffet. Well positioned, it was in walking distance of many of the major attractions. The rooftop pool can in handy for a late afternoon cool off swim, and its position had lovely after-dark views of the lights of Hi Chi Minh City.

The no refund policy for cancelling the first night after 24 hours before our reservation. (Booking.Com policy) we were hoping that because we were staying the 4 remaining nights that there may have been some leniency, but we do understand that 'rules are rules'.

Surrounding green space was excellent, and the view from my room was as I requested. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was adequate. Overall, it’s a functional hotel, just lacked a face that smiled- with one exception, a female member of staff who completed my checked out process.

Staff were not very helpful and distant / aloof. In the Breakfast restaurant not a single member of staff smiled or looked happy. Fruits at breakfast was limited. The rooftop pool looked closed and did not look inviting.

This location opposite the park is perfect. The Panorama rooms overlook a massive green belt. The proximity to amazing street food markets, Notre Dame, the Japanese restaurants, and brilliant local eateries like Hoangs right around the corner. 150,000 VND direct route to the airport.100% recommend this hotel. There's an all night bar beside the pool on the top of the building.

The walls are not soundproof and the floor coverings are pretty cheap
