In terms of proximity, the property is really close it majority of tourist attractions. It’s also easy to use Grab or delivery service given that drivers didn’t have a hard time locating it. We also appreciate how they’re prompt to fix the leakage issue with the AC during our first day.

Same as the usual comment of other travelers, there’s an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It sometimes become unbearable. There’s also constructions within the area so set your expectations that there will be hammering noises that may wake you up in the morning. We also booked family room with city view but they ended up giving us the room on the first floor.

dat (one of the receptionists) was super helpful, we encountered a little issue with our room when we arrived and he instantly fixed it and moved us to another room for the night (a bigger room) and then had us back into a room all fixed , the shower was good and the location was really great, felt super welcomed and the price matched what the room was

It is in the heart of the city. Market is at walkable distance.

Since it’s in the heart of the city, it’s very loud at night. Some clubs play music till 2am which is little disturbing.

The staff and location were second to none. The staff on every shift were helpful and accommodating. Ordering us a Grab and greeting us with a smile. The location was central to practically everything. in particular, Ben Thanh market and tour operators. Mattress was very comfortable.

Room was a bit cramped and not the cleanest we’ve stayed in but satisfactory for the price. Walls and doors could do with a clean and some maintenance on the tiles and shower screen in the bathroom.

The cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff. They clean our beddings everyday. They even gave a discount for the early checkin. Near ben thanh market and other tourist spots even the airport. Walking distance only to Saigon centre and lots of foods around.

The credit card surcharge.

The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was really comfortable, and both the fan and air conditioning worked well. Linh behind reception was incredibly friendly and helped with all my questions! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is conveniently located in front of Benh Tanh Market, a shopping haven for textile-related items. For Muslim tourists, rows of Halal restaurants are also located opposite the hotel. You can actually buy and send your purchases to the room and go back to shopping. Breakfast is basic but enough to last until lunchtime.

The receptionist looks unfriendly. The room without a view looked very dark even with the lights on. However, if you are looking for a room just to stay, this is recommended for the price paid. The location is definitely great as it is right next to ben thanh market. You can also visit some attractions on foot.

The bed was very comfy. The kettle worked and there were tea and coffee sachets and bottled water.

I paid for a superior deluxe room with a window but I didn't get this room. My colleague did and his room was of superior standard. My room was smaller, the bedside light was broken, the light in bathroom broken, a leak in bathroom they had tried to seal. I also couldn't have a shower as the water was so burning hot and despite turning regulator numerous times it didn't alter water temperature. Nightclub opposite played loud music until 4am, window not soundproof at all.

What I like the most is that the hotel is located on a main road, easy to find. The room has simple amenities. The receptionist is enthusiastic, there is no unpleasant smell, the hallway is not to wide, but the waiting area is spacious, and the room is airy. everyone can give it a try.
