In terms of proximity, the property is really close it majority of tourist attractions. It’s also easy to use Grab or delivery service given that drivers didn’t have a hard time locating it. We also appreciate how they’re prompt to fix the leakage issue with the AC during our first day.

Same as the usual comment of other travelers, there’s an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It sometimes become unbearable. There’s also constructions within the area so set your expectations that there will be hammering noises that may wake you up in the morning. We also booked family room with city view but they ended up giving us the room on the first floor.

The location couldn't have been more convenient! Right in the heart of the city, it made exploring the surrounding area so easy, with plenty of local shops, cafes, and cultural spots within walking distance. Everything felt very accessible, and I truly appreciated being able to step out and immediately feel the vibe of the city.

dat (one of the receptionists) was super helpful, we encountered a little issue with our room when we arrived and he instantly fixed it and moved us to another room for the night (a bigger room) and then had us back into a room all fixed , the shower was good and the location was really great, felt super welcomed and the price matched what the room was

there were a few little bugs but we didn’t really care, it wasnt bad at all

The room was clean, the bed was super spacious and comfortable, and the communication with the staff was smooth and friendly throughout. They were helpful and responsive, even when I checked in late. If I could suggest anything, it would be to include a hand soap in the bathroom and perhaps an extra pillow for added comfort

Since it’s in the heart of the city, it’s very loud at night. Some clubs play music till 2am which is little disturbing.

The location worked perfectly for us — everything we wanted to see was close by. We tried Phu Hung based on a recommendation and absolutely loved it. Next Level Cocktail and Game Bar was another highlight — such a fun spot to unwind in the evening.

The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was really comfortable, and both the fan and air conditioning worked well. Linh behind reception was incredibly friendly and helped with all my questions! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff. They clean our beddings everyday. They even gave a discount for the early checkin. Near ben thanh market and other tourist spots even the airport. Walking distance only to Saigon centre and lots of foods around.

I really liked how convenient the location was — just a short walk or quick ride to the city center. It made getting around super easy, whether I wanted to explore local attractions or just grab something to eat nearby.

The staff and location were second to none. The staff on every shift were helpful and accommodating. Ordering us a Grab and greeting us with a smile. The location was central to practically everything. in particular, Ben Thanh market and tour operators. Mattress was very comfortable.

Room was a bit cramped and not the cleanest we’ve stayed in but satisfactory for the price. Walls and doors could do with a clean and some maintenance on the tiles and shower screen in the bathroom.
