The hotel staff were so nice and always polite, opening doors for me etc The hotel was spotless, and the aircon was so quiet

My TV didn't work in my room, when I told them on day one they came looked at it and said they would sort it but day 14 when I left it still didn't work. Not a game changer but slightly annoying

This was a last-minute booking, and I'm sure I looked a mess when I walked in after traveling around Vietnam for 2 weeks, but the staff there was so friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable (yes mine was windowless but that's typically to hotels in VIetnam and didn't bother me at all). Thsi was the end of my trip and a wanted somewhere comfortable where I could relax, and even have a lounge day, which I did just that. The breakfast buffet was lovely with a variety of foods and the location was right in the middle of district 1 aka tourist central 😀. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Location was excellent as in the middle of everything and about 125m to Ben Thanh Market. Despite location no traffic noise Breakfast Buffet in the mornings was awesome large choice mostly VN style with a few Western / Indian choices but really spoilt for choice Swimming pool is interesting, small but adequate though be careful with small children as it is at least 120 to 130 cm deep Room are adequate sized and well equipped, as is the bathroom. I had the Executive King

If you have mobility issues the entrance has a lot of steep steps (10ish) Though there might be a lift in underground parking area Room keys they only give one keycard, claiming many guests my response was wtf.... they cost almost nothing and if you are a couple does not mean you spend all your time together. Please Fix this small irritant

Anything not out on the buffet table then just ask for it. Great hotel manager with excellent speaking English. Big supermarket in the shopping mall not far away (maybe 100m walk). Local eat street in the evenings about 200m away. Lots and lots of local restaurants nearby. City canal walk is good and so is the local exercise park where many gather in the evenings for their Zuba or football, or jogging, etc. Great for people watching. You'll probably find you are the only European about.

Getting in and out of the swim pool is a tad difficult without handles.

The breakfast provided many hot and cold options. There was plenty of variety, and the omelettes made to order were very delicious. We would definitely recommend it.

It was a little noisy however it was very close to the action so we understand why this was the case. The rooms are not large however no doubt a similar size to most rooms in the city.

The location is great. Close to everything but a bit quieter. The breakfast was just right. It has all the basics of a good hotel.

The pool was tiny and there are only two chairs. Sometimes there are no pool towels. The staff start cleaning rooms in the morning and it makes a bit of noise.

Our bedroom was lovely. Spacious and had a few lovely touches. Breakfast was very good and a lot of selection. Pool area was very pretty ! Staff were extremely helpful …

Our room was pretty noisy from the street below. We did request to change rooms and they didn’t have a double to change too but offered us a twin alternative. They were helpful and understanjng.

work was ongoing so some noise but not bad and we had to move rooms on the last day which was inconvenient as the only day we had a morning meeting so we were late and had to hold our taxi whilst we packed as no warning given.

Good location and ok room with big bed. Shower and bathroom was also ok.

I have a room with a balcony, but there was no balcony. You can open the window, but you can't step onto the balcony. There is a narrow platform at the bottom of the window, but it can't be called a balcony. See my pictures on the subject.
