Vy and the other housekeeping were industrious and friendly. They always kept me well supplied with amenities (water, coffee, tea, etc.) The reception staff, too, were hard-working and attentive. Hana took initiative to work with the hotel's manager to arrange for a later checkout time. This was VERY helpful - since I was about to leave on a long journey back to the US (starting late at night). That's great customer service!

It was a bit noisy outside the night Vietnam won the Football title at the SEA Games. I guess they could not do much about that. ;)

The poor person who works alone at the reception has to manage check in, check out, information, phone. She is so under stress but she is still very professional and stay helpful and smile at the guests. So it is normal and the only negative point that you have to wait longer than usual to get what you need. Stil a good place to be. I don't regret it.

A lovely little hotel in a fantastic location! Only a few minutes walk from the market and very close to Saigon square markets as well. The rooms were very quaint and pretty.

The bed was as hard as a brick, I like a good firm mattress but this was next level hard, we could actually feel under the mattress ‘pillow top’ there was a sheet of possibly plywood. There was a lovely little rooftop pool but it was freezing cold which was a little disappointing

The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. when our initial room was too loud and the bath broken, they immediately offered us the option to change rooms which we appreciated greatly. Location is also perfect, walking distance to main tourist attractions in district 1. Definitely worth paying the extra for the larger rooms though.

our initial room (suite) was on the street side which was extremely loud and you could hear music and continuous honking from streets. The bath also leaked and flooded the bathroom. However, we immediately bought this up with reception and were able to change rooms. the new room was further from noise and extremely comfortable! my advice is to spend the extra on the larger suites or VIP rooms and you won’t regret it

Great price, great location near the iconic Ben Thanh market. Close to Saigon Centre so food and shopping always nearby. Staffs are friendly, and goes out of their way to help out. Breakfast included and it is awesome.

Very nice breakfast offered. Walking distance of all the main attractions. Staff were very approachable and helpful. Room was clean and a good size.

I chose this location because the hotel is near to Ben Thanh Market & walking distance to Saigon Square & Takashimaya shopping malls and nearby good eateries. The daily buffet breakfast spread was fairly good and overall the hotel staffs were very friendly & helpful. Overall the hotel promotional rate with 40% discount which I stayed with additional night were very attractive. Certainly will come back to stay at this hotel.

Would have prefer a separate shower cubicle in the bathroom instead of a single bath tub.

The location was so central to all places of interest. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help out when needed. Tours etc, they even got me a new phone charger The front of house staff to the cleaning and wait staff were 5 star! Massive thanks to Hannah and Nathan ( I hope I got the names correct) they are a joy to chat with and be around and who doesn’t love to make new Insta pals - we shared the love of pugs Thanks again
