Nice and clean place. Hot water shower with full water pressure will make you feel like hyrdo spray massage. Kind and helpful staff. Their smile is what I miss now - want to go there again. They don’t disturb you and you can be in your own world. They respect tourist feelings. It’s just 5 steps away from the market, yea that’s how very close the Ben Thanh market is and you can find food around you always. If it rains and you can’t go out - just order Grab food, so many restaurant so many varieties. Hundreds of massage and spa around. Many tours and travel booking office next to the hotel. They pick you from the hotel for all tours even though you can walk up to the pickup point which is at the street corner. Too many scams in Airbnb. Better book via Booking.com and you get the best pricing.

Simple hotel, no frills, clean room, no cleaning daily or changing towels & bed sheets unless requested. Good location to walk about for food, shopping & places of interest. Staff friendly & Chun (receptionist) speaks English & very helpful. Hotel has the personal touch not sanitised like big chain hotels. Stayed 4 nights.

Take rooms up to 6 flr as lift ends there. Rooms on 7flr need to walk up stairs, not suitable for seniors. Our first room was small & up the stairs so changed to a bigger room for additional cost. Bathroom has no hooks for clothes & no other place to place clothes except on toilet seat. Need another towel bar & hooks behind the door. Toilet seat smaller than toilet bowl :(( No coffee or tea bags given, only boiler & bottled water.

There is some noise from local nightlife in some parts of the hotel but beyond what they can control. They make every effort to minimise & make the stay comfortable

Incredible location, very close to Bui Vien walking street, and close to amazing amenities. Comfortable room with a lovely AC.

We liked staying here, we have upgraded to a more expensive room to have a window (after having read from other reviews that the cheaper rooms had no windows which was not clear from the website room description) and were glad we did. There is also a little window on the 6th/7th floor staircase where we enjoyed having a coffee:)

Our last night wasn't great as some people arrived late and were really noisy - there is no noise insulation from the corridor and you can hear people and the lift and it spoiled our stay as we had to get up early and didn't get any sleep that night. The hotel staff should ask people to keep quiet late at night.

the location is perfect. literally across the street from ben thanh market and circle k right down the street if you wanted a drink or snack. our room had a small balcony which we loved . because it was front street facing, it was a little noisy but not terrible. there is an elevator to your room and staff are wonderful. there is some steps leading up to the hotel but they assisted us with our bags. really nothing negative to say and for the price, i wouldn't complain!

The hotel was good/clean and comfortable. However, it was the staff that made all the difference. Will definitely stay here again.

We had some late night noisy neighbors that we had to deal with on a couple of different nights. This had nothing to do with the hotel

The staff were just incredible, they couldn't do enough for me. I had hurt my foot on a separate occasion and they could see me struggling and helped me with the stairs at the entrance. They really made me feel like if there was anything I needed, they would sort it for me. The location is fantastic, great value for money right in the centre of District 1

I would have liked a safe in the room

Delivered according to what is promised in the advertising. This is a budget hotel with a front desk staff and someone to help with bags. We arrived by taxi and they came out to help us unload bags. This is a level of service that went beyond expectations.

It is a budget hotel, so we did not expect a lavish accommodation.
