The Location, perfect location for all go to places in Ho Chi Minh. Also the staff are very accommodating, helpful, friendly and kind. I’d like to personally commend the FO, Ms. Kim Ngan, Leo the Receptionist and the Housekeeping Supervisor (I forgot her name). They’d been very very helpful and kind, best way to show Vietnam’s Hospitality ☺️ Kudos!

I guess, the lobby and the hallways of the hotel just needs more lighting. It’s a little dim atmosphere hence the need to enhance its mood.

We recently spent three delightful days at A&EM Hotel Saigon, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff exhibited professionalism and hospitality. Despite our early arrival, they accommodated our request for an early check-in without any hesitation. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room from Deluxe to an executive room with windows, offering a stunning view of the bustling Ben Thanh Market.The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the air-conditioning was a welcome relief from the Saigon heat. I particularly appreciated the double-layered blanket and plush pillows, ensuring a cozy night's rest.The bathroom was a highlight, boasting modern amenities including a jacuzzi-style bathtub, rain head shower, and bidet. The complimentary toiletries and daily replenished water bottles were thoughtful touches that enhanced our stay.Although we didn't have the opportunity to sample the in-room dining, the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. From traditional Vietnamese pho to fresh fruits and pastries, there was something to satisfy every palate.The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring Saigon's attractions, with many tourist spots within walking distance. Additionally, the availability of laundry service and other amenities added to the convenience of our stay.Overall, our experience at A&EM Hotel Saigon was nothing short of fabulous. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location makes it a top choice for travellers visiting Saigon. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return in the future.

The Hotel location was excellent. Very near to Ben Than Market; Money Exchange, all types of food including Indian food. The different attractions were also walking distance from the place. I stayed in VIP room which was spacious and value for money. The break fast options were very nice and adequate. The front desk lady, Ms Ngan was also very helpful and she made my stay much better with nice suggestions and guidance.

Room window / balcony had limited view. The bathroom was not very well cleaned.

I loved how central this hotel was! Walking distance to a lot of attractions. The staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. AC in the room was great. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon.

The room was a little smaller than expected but we barely spent time there so no big deal.

Location was excellent, shopping malls, street food. restaurants, markets and attractions all within a short walk. The staff are great and very helpful. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Having a balcony was a bonus. Breakfast was good with ample choices.

Shower over the large spa bath was difficult to get in and out of. Unit was at back of building and had a lot of constant noise from refrigeration or air conditioners, dsy and night.

Great location with a lot of facilities and Ben Thanh market in front of the property.

We got confused with the other A&EM hotel 200m away and arrived at the other hotel instead. Make sure to check the address before confirming to a taxi or other ride-hailing options.

I liked the breakfast. Also the staff was really nice.

I really think, the hotel should focus on getting better televisions. Secondly, the bath isn't connected to the wall, so it allows water to fall down the sides and then the whole floor is wet.

Breakfast was great. Room had large windows. Water pressure was very strong.

There was a giant cockroach in our room. When I asked for it to be removed they said it was a “normal thing and sometimes rats and roaches crawl into the room from the vents”.

The woman at reception, Ms. Nham, went above and beyond to assist me with several personal challenges that came up during my stay and she did it all with a smile. The pillows were amazing, such a comfy bed, dark room, great for sleeping. Hot wonderful shower, cute ecclectic room decor, and cafe serves great food/drinks. I always stay in A & Em hotels, due to price , service and decor but this was my first time at this location, which was perfect , central ! I'll be back

The place is so near to everything & the cleanliness of the room is superb! Kodus to our housekeeper, i did not manage to ask her name. Excellent service of Nene & Toby, thank you for the wonderful stay.

Not much selection of breakfast buffet & the coffee is not hot, however on our last day they served a beef noodles & the taste was great.
