The breakfast options were great, and the location was amazing; we walked everywhere. The staff was helpful. The best thing is the location, as it is minutes away from Saigon Center and Saigon Square, and it is close to many food spots.

The rooms were small, and we had 2 rooms that were not close to each other. When requesting a ride to get us at the airport, they did not fully understand me when I repeated multiple times the number of people with luggage so we had to request a second vehicle.

Location is great, very near tourist spots and getting around on foot was not an issue! Room came with a fridge with free drinks. Toilet is spacious, with a bathtub as well. Clean room, with strong air conditioning so it is perfect for the hot summer periods in HCM. Service by the receptionists was superb, very patient and friendly :) Breakfast was included each day, pleasant food available too.

Small issue but there was no street view/balcony view out of the window as it is blocked by the next block beside hahaha

The location was perfect—right next to Ben Thanh Market, which made it super convenient for exploring. We really appreciated the free minibar, such a thoughtful bonus! The room with a street-view balcony was our favorite—it felt bright, open, and connected to the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. Even though there’s no restaurant in the hotel, there are tons of food options nearby.

One of the rooms we stayed in felt a bit claustrophobic due to the lack of (openable) windows, but it was still clean and livable.

The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived early and wanted to just park our luggage but the desk staff, a friendly lady named Chou, allowed us to check in early. Everything was great, housekeeping was prompt with every request and all were very friendly and helpful

The shower and bath was a bit disappointing. The way the bath was installed allowed water from the shower to flow around the rim and ended getting the floor all wet. We had to put a towel to stop that. Other than that, it was all good!

The location is very convenient. It's close to the centre, like around 5 to 10-minute walk to visit famous destinations. The staffs are super nice and helpful. The room is clean, spacious enough, and equipped with enough stuffs for basic needs.

The room is quite stuffy on the 1st floor, little phone signal is found inside the room. There is no bathroom exhaust fan so it's little bit convenient staying with other people.

The staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful. Rooms were very clean and new. The effort to put in a faux green window view was also much appreciated.

The b/f porridge was cold all four days. There were baby cockroaches on the bread table 3 out of the 4 days. Likely due to toaster not being cleaned. The accumulated crumbs at the bottom was a cm+ thick. The dining hall was understaffed during b/f. One person was enough when only 4 of us were eating, but the moment they're were 3 other tables, plates piled up, dishes not refilled, etc.

Location can't be beat. 2nd time staying in their DBL DLX RM w/ Balcony. First was when it was newly opened in 2019. On both times, our rooms were clean. It is a decent very well placed hotel. Ideal for family stays. Except for housekeeping who were always ready with their warm smiles, can't say the same for the rest of the staff. I don't think it's personal, it may be the language barrier. A little more training can fix that. They just need to be reminded that they are in the hospitality industry. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. Will definitely stay again and again.

There was this breakfast staff member who was watching on his phone with maxed volume while guests were dining. It should be noted that only their rooms with a balcony have a natural light source.

The location of the hotel is fantastic , you can walk to pretty much everything , food, pubs, museums , shopping

Thin Walls especially in the balcony rooms... very noisy

- location just a walk to Ben Thanh Market and the center - free minibar, coffee, tea - diverse breakfast - central HVAC with individual room control - shower hot water always available

- weak WiFi internet signal (distributed WiFi per floor !) - lack of drawers for clothes (for a couple spending 1-2 weeks at the hotel)

The location was amazing, right outside the Ben Thanh market, and very close to a lot of nice attractions! Our hotel room was nice, we loved the balcony, and the shower was great! The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was good too.

There were some corners around the bathroom that looked a little old, where the walls were a bit dirty/old. But other than this it was very nice and clean!
