Great hotel location. Walking distance to everything on our itinerary! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. They provided bottles of water everyday. At first it seemed as though our AC wasn't working, but they were able to fix it right away. We also had some questions about booking the Cu Chi Tunnels excursion and the concierge was happy to come to our room to discuss (though we opted to just head back downstairs). It was more expensive through them.

We were on our honeymoon which we mentioned in our booking and they said they would do something special for us. When we arrived, there was nothing. So I didn't like that they said they would do something, but didn't. Would have preferred if they didn't say anything at all!

It is a very nice hotel, not too far from some attractions. The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop pool and bar! They also allowed us to take away a breakfast before a trip which was lovely.

Only a few things. We mainly took taxis to see attractions but that wasn't a big deal. When checking in, the staff told me my card declined three times even though I was telling them it was because I needed to enter my pin. That was unsettling and not a good first impression. There was also confusion surrounding which rooms I booked included breakfast as they confirmed in person that all rooms were included but actually one room wasn't. The main thing was the shower, there was no overhead shower head meaning you had to hold it manually or flood the whole bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at Liberty Central Saigon Centre! The staff were friendly and accomodating, making our stay here comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were quite spacious and the facilities were quite clean. The location was incredible as we were a few steps from Cho Ben Thanh and the many convenient stores and shops close by, as well as the HCMC metro. We were in walking distance of the main shopping area as well which was really great!

Not an issue for us but there were some inconsistencies with the TV facilities as some rooms had youtube.

The hotel was centrally located, it was nice but the pool and fitness center were closed. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Comfy bed and bed linens. Very clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful, try the Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, hot or cold with ice.

My credit card was compromised at booking.com and you failed to answer this issue. Someone at your establishment went grocery shopping at my expense of $81.54. Booking.com also failed to answer my questions about the issue of me having a reservation but only copied/pasted the answer "upon availability." Four times we had this conversation.

The location is unsurpassable, right in the throng of central Saigon and within walking distance of all of the attractions - Nguyen Hue Street and City Hall, The Opera House, HCM Statue/Gardens, Saigon Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Ben Thanh Market, to name a few. The breakfast was comprehensive - salads, egg station (for omelettes and special requests), noodle bar, rice, fried noodles, dim sum, however, very little on offer for vegetarians, so please make sure that you request vegetable fried rice or needs sans pork!

The gym and swimming pool was 'under maintenance' so i was not able to get my daily exercise in. The bedroom was small - I still have bruises on my legs as I and my friend constantly bumped into each other (and the furniture) due to a lack of space.

The bed and pillows are comfortable. Your hotel gave me a large bed which is what i requested. Thank you!

The bathroom kept flooding because the water would flow onto the sides of the bath tub and then come down by the sideway, near to the bathroom door. so for the first 2 nights, we have flooded bathroom. Thereafter, i used a towel to line the side of the bathtub that is directly underneath the towel rack, then the flooding eased up,

The room I was in was on the 3rd floor & it was rather noisy. From my room, I could hear the conversation of other people along the corridor & the closing of room doors. The walls must be very thin. The lighting in the room could be brighter

Nothing much to complain but would be good if the hotel can look into giving loyalty programs for frequent guest (like the airlines have membership points or frequent traveler loyalty points) to enjoy facilities or upgrades upon the next stay. I am very keen to take up this offer up if Liberty Hotel initiates or has a program like this.

The cooking smell in the dining room saturated clothing and on top of our extremely sweaty clothes, it was a hard scent to overcome (for me personally) One day of my 5 days there, I had purchased a beer in the happy hour time at the bar…apparently b/c I had prepaid w booking.com, there was no card on file w the hotel. So the bar fellow was waiting for me when I stepped off the tour bus after our dinner out!! I was totally embarrassed in front of my friends that he was jabbering to me about paying my bar bill !!geeze. How was I to know there was no card on file ??

I love all the staffs except one of the front desk staffs are not very friendly. Specially Hai was very nice, welcome us, helpful about directions, and very knowledgeable. I'll come back next year. Thank you Liberty hotel and all the staffs.

My family didn't like the breakfast at the hotel. The foods wasn't as good as others hotel that we stayed but love the presentation.
