The hotel is 2 years old, it has huge rooms and big beds. We chose a room with a balcony and another room with a kitchen and balcony plus 2 windowless rooms that were very big it can accommodate 1 or 2 extra beds. It is about 150 meters to Ben Thanh Market. Our street is lined with shopping stalls and a convenience store is just behind the hotel. On the other end of the street opposite Ben Thanh Market is where Saigon Square is located - about 200 meters. All in all a great place to stay in. Value for money.

There was some miscommunication about missing items such as plates and saucers. The staff cannot speak nor understand English well hence difficult to argue. The staff will not book a Grab ride to the airport unless they have checked all the items which was fair. However, after booking the grab car, a staff member suddenly told us of a missing plate which we have to pay for. We know we didn't bring any out nor did we break anything. Our ride to the airport already arrived so we just paid and left. I suggest for those who will stay in the future, make an inventory of the things inside your room in the presence of the staff so there will be no confusion later.

Location near to bent thant market 200 M, Malaysian street market just beside Ben thant market where for muslim easy to get halal food, saigon centre and saigon square 500 M, Central Market 1KM..walking distance. Very convenient, this is second time I booked this hotel.. WiFi strong, can arrange transport to airport if flight early morning.. Airport very crowded need to be there at least 3 hour before boarding time. Easy check in and check out. Stay here sept 2024 and recently Jun 2025. Like this hotel. If come to. HCMC again definitely will booked again. Near to many shoping mall.

We stayed here for one night before heading to Cambodia, and it was just what we needed. The location is great – very central and super close to the bus station, which was perfect since we were traveling with Giant Ibis (and had a really good experience with them, by the way!). The price was totally reasonable, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for short stays and easy transit connections!

One small minus: the room looked a bit more modern and fresh in the photos than it does in real life – you can see some signs of wear and tear here and there. But overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Excellent and clean room. The staff were friendly. Towels and sheets were clean and without stains. 2 free bottles of water daily. Daily housekeeping if you inform them before 4pm. Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo, body wash gel were provided along with tea/coffee packets, an electric kettle and two tea cups. A hairdryer was available as well. Had no issues with WiFi, hot water, shower, TV or AC. The room is mostly soundproof except the door. Could hear a few muffled footsteps or voices rarely in the hallway outside. Overall a very pleasant stay. Much better than what I expected for the very affordable price.

The location is perfect for shopper because its just a minute away to market, restaurant and money changer. Walking distance to war museum and independence palace.

Minor issue with soap and shampoo dispenser. It should have been check before accepting guest. Im already having a shower when I discovered that the dispensers are jamned who would have thought. We could have ask to change our room but we already unloaded our things. Next time I will see to it to have walkthrough to the room first begore unpacking. The staff were attentive to come and fix the issue. And had overall pleasant stay.

The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping was offered daily, the location is a short walk from the market, there are many halal places to eat, there are good storage facilities in the room, and there is friendly staff.

The room did not have windows or walls (glass walls)! Not soundproof at all. The room was spacious but could be better with a coffee table to go with the sofa. The fridge did not work. The hotel offers lots of different configurations for rooms. If choosing one without a window, no more than one to two nights are recommended.

Location is very convenient since it’s right next to Ben Thanh Market. The staff were accommodating esp. when we arrived around 3am. Though the room we got has no windows and we couldn’t tell if it’s raining outside, but it’s just enough for a good night sleep and shower.

The hotel is conveniently located near markets and coffee shops, with some just across the street. The room was spacious but not soundproof, as we could still hear people talking outside. We booked the room in the ground floor (Deluxe Double Room with Shower) which doesn't have a window. Despite these minor issues, we were happy and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The wifi is decent inside the room. You can pay by card and Apple Pay without surcharge which is surprising as most of the hotels we've been would normally charge an extra 3%.

Loved the decor and the staff were really sweet. Would have given a straight 10 for facilities but the hotel was refurbing the bar, so that was not available and construction work was going on, that being said, we hardly noticed the construction noise. The location is right next to Ben Thanh market and the hotel situated on a quiet market sidestreet. District 1 is where all the main tourist draws are. Love the fresh smoothie bar next door too! The wi-fi was very good with a router in every room. We started with the apartment, loved our stay and booked the delux double for eight more days. When we changed rooms they got us straight into our new room, no hanging around! The staff even arranged our Cu Chi tunnel tour and pick up too.

The little bit of hammering and drilling, but hey, it can't be helped. It's nice to see the hotel updating and improving... not that's there's much that needs improving.
