Location was great, staff excellent, easy check in, rooms cleaned daily, easy access to all amenities. breakfast was very good, lots of choice, clean and friendly, our server Duyen who we saw every morning always had a smile for us, good service and remembered what we had, she had Trainee on her badge, but after the week we were there, she earned that to be taken off,,,

Was not informed before arriving would have to pay a fee for each night security, it is refundable at the end but takes from money allocated to holiday. TV programs not great (not the hotels issue). Aircond going off when leaving the room, takes long time to get cool again, (but understand).

Excellent location! Very comfortable room. Nice view from room, 14th floor. Nice fitness room and pool area.

Cafe by lobby and roof-top bar are way too overpriced! When checking in we were told that we could not charge to the room as our credit card was said to be a debit card, a card that we have used all over Vietnam and always been able to charge to the rooms! Kind of rude! So we placed our business elsewhere - also due to the high prices.

Location was definitely the selling point! We stayed over Tet and were right where all the celebrations were happening - we easily walked over to Nguyen Hue and enjoyed the festivities all around! Central location whcuh allowed us to explore the city The rooms were clean and spacious, and the view was definitely great (we could see most of the fireworks). The staff at lobby were friendly, but we did have an experience with staff that was unpleasant. Overall, we did enjoy our stay here!

Not a major issue at all but the lighting in the hallways were quite dark, making the space feel quite eerie in comparison to the lobby An experience which made us feel unwelcomed at the hotel was at the pool. Out of a crowd of guests staying at the hotel and enjoying the pool, we were the only ones stopped from entering the pool and asked to identfied ourselves. We felt disrespected and uncomfortable in this situation. The staff should've stopped EVERYONE at the door to ask for their room numbers (or if they were staying at the hotel) if this is protocol. Incredibly disrespectful, a letdown to the hospitality of the accommodation. We wish that this experience would not happen to anyone else. The pool itself was nice but cannot override the disappointment and disrespect we felt.

The location is in the heart of the city. You can walk to shops and restaurants at ease. The room is well decorated and modern. The buffet breakfast is great too, you have a wide range of food to choose from and they are delicious.

Very convenient location for a short stay. Next to all tourist attractions, there is a huge mall across the street too in case you need extra water or anything, or a quick bite, atm, etc. Also compared to other hotels which were more in the middle of things, it was easy to get a Grab (local uber) and go as the hotel is on the main big street. The staff were amazing, super hospitable and helpful.

There is a cinema on 2nd floor and a restaurant that was used for new year parties, so the elevators got a bit busy, and needed to wait for a while. Otherwise it did not really bother me.

Perfect location, walking distence to shopping mall, local markets and bui wien. Service is so qood you can feel the quality

Reception wanted to take deposit for minibar, i did not like it as a guest.

I had an amazing stay at Liberty Central in Saigon. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive—always going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The service throughout was top-notch, truly exceeding my expectations. The facilities at the hotel were excellent—modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and offered a great view of the city, but the real highlight was the stunning view from the rooftop bar. It was the perfect place to unwind in the evening with a drink and take in the vibrant Saigon skyline. Overall, Liberty Central delivered a fantastic experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

I have stayed at The Liberty a couple of times now, and it has become my go-to place whenever I'm in Saigon. The rooms are clean, the AC works very well, and the breakfast is amazing. The staff is also very accommodating; for example, my girlfriend was sick during our stay, and the staff helped us out generously, even calling later to check if she was feeling better.

Everything is great, though the only downside is that the bistro on the ground floor is a bit expensive, with European prices for drinks. You don´t have to go there though, there are ample drink and food options in the area.
