The location of this hotel is superb, it is so central to all the sights and restaurants of Distrct 1. The roof top pool is a perfect oasis from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was also very good. So the hotel was definitely value for money

The water pressure on the shower was quite weak It would be ideal to be able to get service or drinks at the pool area.

The service was very nice, a cheap hotel bar with good happy hour drinks too. Was in the absolute perfect location, walking distance of everything to do in Ho Chi Minh City. Room was cleaned daily with new towels and water.

The room was quite small, and could sometimes struggle to stay cool when the aircon turns off after leaving the room. The place itself felt a little lifeless, very few other people around. Pool was dirtyish but not unswimmable.

Good breakfast.

Could not amend dates as I wished to travel around and then return to the hotel before return flight home. So I had to forfeit two nights paid. So I will book another hotel in Saigon and can not recommend the Palace for future. Unfortunate outcome.

the room with balcony has a good view to the main street with evening street arts performance , food stalls . convenience stores , restaurants are within walking distance . the pool has a gradient slope up to 2m deep , so kids need to be accompany by adults . breakfast is fine . staffs are friendly and willing to help upon requests .

the pool has a slope down to 2m deep , for people like me who not a good swimmer can only stick to the shallow area but still good enough to a quick swim .

Location and balconys and best of all was swimming pool.

Far too much light came into room from massive electronic sign on other side of side street that my room was facing. However that seem to get a little better a day or two before I left. I had to sleep in bathroom before that.

The welcoming and friendly nature of hotel staff, and my room was cozy. I also appreciated the range of channels on the cable TV provided.

I liked the room in general but I would have liked more beverage condiments. I didn't like the shower glass framing because it makes the shower area much smaller and difficult to move around properly whilst showering.

right in district 1. Walking distance to river, markets, museum & palace. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Bathroom was a shocker.. water on the floor every time after having a showe, no matter what we did, friends who stayed there also had same issue.

The pool was closed very early. I booked a room with a balcony, and i got one, but there was an air-conditioning unit on it and blow hot air, so it was impossible to stand on it and enjoy the view.

Great location in the centre of everything. We liked that the bathroom had real walls and privacy unlike some of the other HCMC hotels with weird glass bathrooms with minimal privacy. Pool closed on Mondays.
