The service was second to none. After we checked out, they held our bags for us all day then opened up the pool showers for us to use so we wouldn't be hot and sticky for our flight. Excellent experience and would definitely stay there again. The location is superb – in the middle of district 1 within walking distance of all the things around.

WiFi was consistently spotty, and there is a flight of stairs to get to breakfast. Not a problem for us, but could be an issue for those with mobility issues.

We absolutely loved the location and the old world charm of this hotel . The staff were super friendly and helpful . Fantastic breakfast with so many options . Nice roof top pool to cool off in . We had a balcony to check out the world below , another definite plus 😊

Great food. Evening meal great value for money, pleasant open air surroundings. Same with the breakfast buffet, and amazing choice all laid out to get stuck in, room was luxury (super deluxe with balcony). Definitely worth it by Western standards at £50 a night. Situated on Dong Khoi so can't get more central than that.

Sadly, as it's an affluent area you're starting to get a few of the local salespeople hassling you immediately when you come out of the hotel in the evening I noticed. Offering the usual tourist wares like massages, ganja etc. Does your head in a bit. An staff were functional but not really anything special. Not really a great atmosphere but plush surroundings

The hotel has a great location and great interiors. The bed was huge and could easily be enough for 4 people. Photos for a deluxe room are very direct and fair, except that the minibar didn't include whiskey. Breakfast was good, but same time very asian style. A great impression was made by the hotel personal, especially by a receptionist and a person who helped with medical questions on the evening 19th April. I regret that I didn't ask their names.

It is not bad, but subject to improvement. A shower is not suitable for people taller than 1.7 or so. For tall people, a shower is possible only by sitting on the edge of the bath, which is not so comfortable. If you do not want to install a tropical shower, then as an option can be a bath bench.

This is an very good hotel in excellent location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served on the top floor terrace, overlooking the city, a lot of choice of local food, but choice of western food could be better. The room was large and the bed comfortable, with a very good en-suite. Housekeeping was excellent. Overall a great hotel within easy walking distance of most of the sights of Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel had a 4-star feel to it. Our room was large and quiet as the window was facing the courtyard. The furniture was absolutely fine and not dated as some reviews mentioned. The swimming pool on top floor was pleasant and clean. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and is served from 6am, which is great for early morning activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect as close to all attractions. We definitely recommend.

Breakfast area and swimming pool are only accessible via stairs, which was no issue for us but could be difficult people with impairment. The restaurant serves food in the evening (same place as the breakfast) and the food is tasty but perhaps a bit mean with the portions.

The room was well appointed. The location is ideal for city centre activities etc. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Ideal place for sanctuary after a busy day out in the area, with a heated roof top swimming pool as well.

Friendly staff and spotless corner room with balcony. Fantastic location - walking distance to all the District 1 attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Location of the hotel was fantastic. Easy walking to shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions. The room itself was spacious, with a small sitting area and a private balcony where we could people-watch. It was very hot during the days so it was good to have a powerful aircon in the room. Buffet breakfast had a decent selection and seating was out on a terrace with nice views.

Finding the hotel in the first place was hard, as the signage is right on the corner of the building. There is a suit store on one side of the entrance and an art gallery on the other side, so very easy to walk right past the front door. Taxi had a hard time finding it.
