For our room, though its furniture looks a little dated, is quite clean, and spacious enough to lay our luggage around. Air-con and WiFi working well. Many TV channels. Beds are rather comfortable. Bathroom is bright, clean and spacious too, with some basic toiletries. Just enough electric sockets to use, sometimes need to unplug the cables meant for the lamps. Proper slippers provided. Room being make-up usually during the mid morning. Coffee and water topped up every day. Not too noisy as it faces away from the main street. Breakfast is good, with a mixture of local and western dishes, but apart from the noodle corner and some desserts, the dishes are almost similar everyday, and the dining area can get rather crowded with little walking space. Hotel staff are generally friendly, no issue with check-in. Luggage could be kept at lobby after check-out. In a very central location, walking distance to many sights and places for meals and shopping. The price we paid is quite value for money, considering a number of hotels around us having a much steeper room rates.

Room is rather dim at night. The back of the curtains need some serious cleaning. Strange to have the electric sockets behind the beds, we have to adjust the position of its mattress. The bathtub drain needs to be unclogged, the water is flowing down too slowly.

A lovely spacious room in a clean friendly hotel in a great area of Ho Chi Minh City. Breakfast was fantastic. The street is cut off to traffic some evenings so is much less hectic than other places, but there are loads of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The Opera House and Caravelle (for Saigon Saigon rooftop bar) is just around the corner, and the Rex Hotel (historic for 5 o'clock Follies) is just across the street. The Post Office, War Remnants Museum and Reunification Palace are all within a 20 minute walk.

Everything was great

The hotel is on Nguyen Hue Street, which is perfect because it is in the central of Saigon. Room is very clean. Staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. Highly recommended for foreigners to stay. It is close to many destinations like Independent Palace, War Museum, many shopping malls around, local food restaurant with just a few minutes walk. And it is in District 1, which is a safe area

Amazing location in the middle of the Nguyen Hue walking street! Very beautiful, cozy and clean room with excellent view, very comfortable bed, pillows and blanket. Windows are soundproof! Top service from doormen to breakfast table employees.

The shower was not the best one. I didn't like I could not change the position of shower mixer, so it was spraying too high and it was usable only by holding it in hand.

The location is very strategic in the heart of city. So many options for shopping mall, food, and transporation. I really recommend this hotel for busindss traveller

Location is perfect. Walking distance to several conevnience stores and restaurants, Cafe Apartments, Saigon Centre, Saigon Square. The staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the clean and spacious room with good internet connection. The breakfast buffet was great as well with a variety of dishes and drinks to choose from.

The gym is disappointing and needs to be upgraded.

In the Centre of the city not far from some of Saigon attractions. The breakfast selection was fantastic with a combination of Asian and western food. Not far to ATM and other facilities. Room serviced every day.

No view from room but not a big issue. Some outside noise early in the night.

Minimal insulation between rooms. Could hear people talking in the hall way as well as water running from the floor above or from next door. AC is a bit old and noisy..

The staff is friendly and helpful. From my experience in Saigon hotels, this is very important to me. On both of my stays here, I was able to check in early.

It’s an old hotel and needs a re-do, but the good staff, inviting lobby and excellent location makes up for that.

Courteous staff. Though language is a major problem. Still staff tries to help.

Rooms do not have sufficient electric points to charge moblie phones. Bath room is too conjusted. They have tried to fit in everything in a small place. Rooms are not sount proof, some one walks in the lobby you are disturbed.
