Initially requested high view rooms for both Deluxe and Panorama Suite, and was not disappointed, spectacular views all round. Customer service was on point, facilities up to date, convenient location to “Walking Street” and was overall one of my most enjoyable hotel experiences. Will be coming back in the future, very impressed.

Amazing people and location. Gorgeous and fun decor. Great shower and incredible sheets and bed. Not to mention the view.

The tech / tv was outdated. No ability to cast or login to streaming services and no pay per view. Not a big deal but in a hotel this awesome and a room this gorgeous it would have been good to sit and enjoy it a bit more and watch a movie or something together.

The Reverie is a five-star hotel in downtown Saigon. The room was in a modern, minimalist stye with an excellent city view. It is reminiscent of the view from the Hudson Yards in Manhattan, and coincidentally the hotel building is called "Times Square." The price for high-end luxury is reasonable. We ate or had drinks at the bar in the basement and on the sidewalk tables outside the bar. We also had room service a few times. The hotel food is very good. The service is also very good. There is a Michelin-star Chinese restaurant, but we didn't get around to eating there. The gym is good but not great. It has the essential nautilus machines if you improvise. The rooftop pool is spectacular.

The reservation desk is on the seventh floor, so to check in and out, you need to go to the seventh floor and take a different elevator to and from the ground floor. The gym could have more equipment as there is no fly or biceps machine. Overall, few complaints.

room was spacious, breakfast was very extensive and you could also order a la carte, like eggs or hot meals. Very nice. The pool and spa facilities (sauna and steam bath were also included in the price). Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

At first our room smelled a bit moist and the bidet of the WC was not working. I called and they immediately fixed the problem for me. It seemed that the AC in the room was fixed in temperature, you could not change the temperature, only the amount of fan power, which is a bit annoying since sometimes at night it felt a bit cold in the room. But overall this was a great hotel and we had a great time.

One of the best hotels in Asia

I specifically rang the hotel and confirmed that the late fee of 50% to be applied if booking out before 6pm would be based on the day rate not inclusive of breakfast that i booked on booking.com. They proceeded to tell me yes but then tried to charge me more and was absolutely ridiculous to argue over $20usd when their staff was in the wrong. Despite this they only dropped the price to their in-house price and did not rectify their mistake. The Reverie is an amazing hotel but in this instance it was handled extremely poorly by management and not what one would expect from a hotel of this calibre so extremely disappointing however lesson learnt, simply you can't rely on what they say over the phone.

A must-go hotel in HCMC. Having been to a few other hotels in Vietnam and seeing friends hotels in HCMC. The Reverie is truly the best here. The Breakfast was good and a variety of choices, amazing Vietnamese coffee. The staff was helpful and kind. The spa treatment was amazing, Phuong - she did an amazing job during my 3 hours spa treatment with her. I felt brand new! My husband really liked the amenities at the gym also and was able to get decent work outs in! The hotel is absolutely the most beautiful and elegant hotel in HCMC. The aesthetics are very “Crazy Rich Asians” and so beautiful and lavish. I Would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is a good size and the bathroom, in this room, has one of the best layouts I've ever seen. The pool is a good size and usually not too busy. The Chinese restaurant is excellent (Michelin rated).

We used the spa and although my experience was good, my wife had a very bad experience. She tried the cupping massage and the masseuse may not have been very experienced doing this as my wife good a very bad burn on one side of her back. The spa staff were not terribly helpful in resolving this issue.

We could not find a fault with this hotel and the staff. It is truly a fantastic hotel, with amazing attention to detail at every level. The views are mesmerising, the location perfect. If you feel like treating yourself to something special, don't hesitate. I will definitely stay again next time im in Saigon.

The opulence of the furnishings, the views from the room. The attention of the staff. Nothing was too hard, every request was handled quickly and with a smile.

From the moment we got picked up at the airport the experience was flawless. The hotel is absolutly mindblowing. The location couldnt be any better. Right in amongst of the heart of the city. The staff made the stay top notch. Everything about this hotel exudes luxury. 10/10 absolutly wonderful experience!!!

Nothing to be fair. On the friday night of our stay the music from the city/clubs could be heard untill the early hours but thats a city that never sleeps for you. If you dont like it join them I say...
