I stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Almost everything you need is within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The staff were fantastic—very friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made communication smooth. As someone who works remotely, I was also really impressed with the fast and reliable Wi-Fi. I’ll definitely stay here every time I visit Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!

you can hear some street noise in the room, especially between 9 PM and midnight. It didn’t bother me at all since I was still awake during those hours, but if you're a light sleeper, it might be something to consider.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. Got a big room at 8th floor. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The facilities are in walking distance such as halal restaurant, Malaysian Street, seven eleven, Ben Thanh Market etc

I got room at 8th floor but the hotel have lift until 7th floor only. So i got to climb stairs with heavy beg to go to the room. However, the staff already say sorry to me. Its okay. The faucet head of shower (hot water) in bathroom is broken, have to press hard to get hot water for bath. The room that i got is leaking as now is rainy season and i fell down due to slippery floor. I got backache after that.

The location of the hotel is excellent! Near convenience stores, cafe's, ATM's, resto's and market. The staff are super nice and friendly especially Châu. The room is big and clean with a small balcony outside the window. A small fridge comes in handy to cool off our drinks from the hot weather outside. Skydeck is 3mins away.

Since we are on the 4th flr, wifi is slow and unstable. It would be nice if they can boost the signal up. I didn't mind the loud music coming from the nearby clubs and bars since I slept late.

Staff was co-operative, But refused to change the room, on requst, as the room was not exactly the same, as shown in photos. They have to provide 2 chairs, ith center table for ta and breakfast as per photo, but Cnter Table for tea breakfast was not available.

Such a beautiful place comfortable beds and great location, access to everything you want to see in Saigon, apartments cafes, shopping and local shops and food. Amazing stuff very helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. But overall Vietnam is such a beautiful country with lovely people which made my vacation worth it.

Good location in the centre. Very close to Nguyen Hue and also a short walk to Bui Vien

A bit of noise from nearby clubs. Didn't bother me but some people it may. Water pressure wasn't the best

Staff were lovely and very hospitable, great value for money and the location is great.

Very basic, standard - if you are looking for luxury this is not the place, however nothing wrong.

I stayed there each time I came to HCM cities in the last 3 trips before moving on inland. I used to know most of the receptionists there but this time new personel staffs and policy... however, area look more like New York than Saigon...decent but hard to communicate to the locals who mostly look as lost as I am

Great accomodations and dependable reception

The price was great for the location. The room size was great. Staff was great to restock the amentities.

The shower door would not close all the way, so water got all over the bathroom floor outside the shower. Keys were all just laid out on the front desk (need to leave the key when you go out). So if feels a little unsafe, as someone can just take your room key.
