I love that the location of hotel was convenient and close to places of interest. Front desk staff Khang was very helpful and polite, he also sent pre-arrival message which was a good gesture. Check in was smooth and room was ready early as I had an early flight. He shared on the facilities available and gave a higher floor as requested. Room was extremely spacious, clean and housekeeping staff was meticulous on the make up of room. Minibar available with beer chargeable. Smart TV/Netflix was not available but there were many channels to choose from. Roof top pool is a good place to chill. There is also a 24/7 gym. 1 washing machine and dryer available but do note that there may be other guests using thus the waiting time depends. Bed was super comfortable. Nguyen was helpful upon check out with the luggages too.

Slight noise from the streets and frequent water noises from pipes and aircon ventilator can be heard as you sleep but not a big issue if you use ear plugs.

Comfortable room, absolutely amazing shower with the best water pressure I have ever experienced. We got great sleep here.

The only downside is breakfast isn’t included and if you are leaving early it isn’t easy to get something nearby.

The location was great and near a lot of food area and tourist spot. The room was spacious and clean. Toilet was separated from the shower. The room lighting was good. Bed was extremely big!. Love it! Communication was good between staff and they would text me to check for something

The flooring in the showers may be slippery when wet. Lighting it can be brighter.

The amenities! We only stayed for a night, but we took advantage of a lot — the gym, free laundry, communal kitchen with filtered water, and the pool.

The beds were average compared to everything else they offer, but not any worse than other beds we slept on.

Centralised location, clean room, communal kitchen for heating and cooking meal, co-working space. The staff are friendly and speak fluent English.

Have to wait a while for warm/hot shower water and no USB charging points.

The Hotel is perfectly located, near lots of nice spots to visit and spend time in HCMC. We were one of the first guests after the opening of the hotel so it was all brand new. The staff was so lovely and helpful and made our stay just perfect. Thanks a lot M Village for this amazing experience!

The light at the mirror in the bathroom is way too less (shaving is very hard too evaluate, I guess women have problems with their makeup) and the breakfast is quite good but should change a bit over days

Had a great stay, highly recommend if remote working as the WiFi is excellent and co-working room is a good place for this. The staff were also fantastic in accommodating an early check in at no extra cost and the free laundry is a nice addition I wasn't aware of. Breakfast is basic but appreciated and close to lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants in district 1.

Beautiful new hotel in a super central location. We received a very friendly and helpful check in experience and were then very impressed with all the hotel facilities. The rooftop pool and surrounding area was wonderful with great city views. Our room was new and beautiful with an incredibly comfortable and huge bed. Walking distance to many HCMC visitor sites plus loads of great restaurants and bars in the area. This was my third trip to HCMC and by far the nicest hotel I've stayed at and I will not hesitate to stay again.

The design of the bathroom is firstly quite strange. Secondly, it is set up in such a way that you can't open the shower or toilet door fully without the towel rails hitting each other. This is just poor design but kinda means that you have to shimmy to get into the shower or toilet (we are large people and could manage it fine, but might be a struggle for very large humans). We absolutely loved everything else about the design and decor of the room, but the bathroom situation was very weird.

They have a washing machinne where you can do your own laundry, and a community kitchen where you can cook whatever you wish. There is a small market right outside the front door. It is walking distance to the "mall" and just tons of places to eat. Fast elevators as well. The rooftop pool has great views of the city.

Not a ton of negatives to report. Maybe a breakfast option would be nice but the kitchen allows you to make things.
