Perfect location. Second time staying. Love the special treats every day provided by the hotel. Fantastic ideas!

Manager/in charge of the shift (?) on site at time of staying was not helpful at all. She acted so mighty and shown no interested nor try to understand the query that guest is asking . She acted very fast whether she understands the query or not 🤔. She made it so difficult and unpleasant to communicate with. As a manager or working in customer service areas, patience, active listening and problem solving are also vital in the role to deliver good customer satisfaction whether the issue is big or small.

I visit Vietnam once in every 2 or 3 years and have often been led down by the maintenance of a hotel when I return. - deep cleaning and maintenance are unfortunately poor executed concepts in most hotels in Vietnam, from my personal experience (must say I have high hygiene standards). It’s my second time at this hotel so that already says a lot about my positive first experience in 2022. Luckily I still love everything about this hotel and I’m happy to see they know how to maintain a hotel property well! Room looks as good as 2 years ago and the cleanliness of the bathroom is also well done. First time I stayed the a la carte breakfast service was chaotic and slow, this time I stayed it was very much improved. Keep it up!

They forgot to vacuum clean a part of the room. Upon pointing this out to reception they immediately apologized and took action. Incidents like this can happen, it’s about how you resolve this and therefore this did not impact my experience.

The night manager and staff were fantastic when we arrived bedraggled at 3am! The breakfast was good. The pool was a nice size. The room was a good size and clean and cool.

The location was strange - inside a shopping centre. Once we’d been in HCMC for a few days (after we checked out) we found places that would have been more fun and much much cheaper to stay. There was a bad smell at the pool so it wasn’t as pleasant as it could have been. One staff member came to our breakfast table and was trying to get us to spend money in the beauty bit / spa and she kept coming back to talk when we were just exhausted and wanted to enjoy time together.

The breakfast was absolutly stunning and we did not expect it in a country as Vietnam. Better than Hong Kong, Singapore or any other place we know. As well liked the room very much, bathroom and room is very comfortable and has the right size to give comfort and enough space. As well happy to notice for traveller that make use of a lot of gadgets, that you find enough charging options . Room very clean and neat, staff is ultra friendly.

The Gym is located in a shared facilty with the Shopping Center and is simply overcrowded. For a Hotel of this price class a bit of a No Go !

Stayed here for two nights while in HCMC. The room was very nice with a large bathroom and bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were of a good quality. The “Pantry” on our floor was a nice addition with tea and a coffee machine with some fruit and stocked in the afternoon with some biscuits or mini muffins. It would have been great if there was also so milk for tea, not just milk in the coffee machine. The hotel is inside a shopping center, so comparing it to other locations in Vietnam, this was very commercial.

The only issue we could find with this hotel is that there are only two small lifts for the hotel floors. This often led to long waits for the lift, otherwise at least 30% of the time, when the lift arrived it was already full. There also didn’t seem to be staff lifts as the hotel staff travelled in the same lifts, which also reduced capacity and meant more stops.

Amazing hotel my room was big, comfortable and really well equipment. The bath was amazing and you can soak while watching tv. The bed was soooo comfortable and the pillow menu was excellent and the room has great air con that you can easily adjust to your needs. The swimming pool was beautiful with views over the city and a great place to cool down. The location is perfect for walking around the city and sits in the Saigon shopping centre which has plenty of food and shops to keep you busy. Only 20min walk to war museum 15min to Palace and 8 min to old post office and also Ben tan market and the hotel overlooks the opera house. Food at the resteraunt was fantastic, had the amazing breakfast buffet, dinner and also room service which was all perfect. Can't fault the service was really attentive and couldn't do enough for. Highly reccomend

Real minor frustration but the mini bar is warmer than the room and calling it a fridge is a joke the cans i left on the side were colder than what was in the fridge, real shame as everything else is so amazing.

The Reload Pantry was such a lovely touch and was filled with quite a lot of food which varied all the time. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind to my elderly parents and I. They were very attentive with carrying our luggage and helping with any questions we had. The service at the reception was equally as amazing, the lady there was super nice and explained every charge to us and any refunds we should be expecting and why. The amenities inside the room were really good, the shower pressure and hot water was very good as well. The view from the room was incredible, and location was amazing. It was right in the centre of all the best attractions. The swimming pool was so clean and could not fault the buffet breakfast we had every morning. Such a wide variety of foods, with lots made fresh and to order as well.

Nothing, everything was incredible! Thank you very much, would recommend to all my friends and family and come again when we visit Vietnam!

Great property with ultra modern rooms. Very spacious. We stayed in the King Deluxe which was more than enough room for the two of us on our stay. The room was central to the centre of Saigon and most things were within walking distance of our hotel. Alternatively as it was located in Saigon Centre we had access to many shops and restaurants within the centre itself. Would recommend this hotel for a stay

There were not many negatives to the room. On our last night the plumbing had an issue where the bath was leaking. We rang the front desk and they swiftly remedied the issue, cleaned it, provided fresh towels and new items for our fridge. I think one area that could be improved would be to include more Western food in the breakfast buffet (i.e. eggs, hash browns) just to add some variety. You could order from the menu however it would be nice to see some of these things on the buffet.

This hotel was our first in Vietnam and it set the standard very high! We were celebrating our honeymoon so we wanted luxury which is exactly what we got here. Firstly, the location of the hotel is very central and in a lovely shopping centre. The wonderful staff met us at the door and took our luggage for us before checking us in. They were so kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. They then took us up to our room on the 22nd floor and explained where we could find the facilities throughout the property. The decor of the hotel was so classy. It was dark in the corridors but so beautiful! The room was even better than we thought it would be with an amazing view over Ho Chi Minh. The breakfast was superb. We had breakfast included in the price of the room which meant we could pick items from a menu and the buffet - which obviously my husband was thrilled about! The selection available was vast and a great mixture of Vietnamese and Western food. The restaurant is also very beautifully designed and a lovely place to start your day. There is an app for the hotel where you can select things like different pillows if you prefer a different firmness than the ones provided in the room. The staff also communicate with you through WhatsApp so if you need anything, they're always on hand. The WiFi was great and very reliable. We did go to the swimming pool which I think was on the 6th floor and overlooked the city - this was a lovely haven and a great facility to use when you want to relax. Their gym is also huge and fantastic - definitely the best gym we saw in Vietnam! The hotel has pantries on each floor with coffee machines and snacks which we thought was a great idea. Fusion have really thought of everything with this hotel and we would highly recommend to everyone staying in Ho Chi Minh!

Everything was great

The hotel staff were amazing, extra helpful when we needed help / had questions. The space, layout and cleanliness of the rooms - we stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which was perfect for four of us; my daughter then stayed in a delux king room which was also spacious and clean. Mini bar is well stocked with water, soft drink and beer each day with the water being particularly handy. The pool area is a relaxing space to spend after walking around the city in the heat with great snacks and drinks available poolside. The hotel is within the Saigon Centre shopping mall which has a department store and specialty shops as well as restaraunts, food court and an awesome grocery/fresh produce store which we used to pick up some drinks and snacks during our stay. Breakfast was amazing in the hotel and we ate at the hotel restaurant one night, while pricey it was a beautiful meal.
