Great location with good restaurants and bars around it. Breakfast is excellent and a lot of options. They have a very good barista and a lot of great coffee options available. The room was big and quiet with a great bed.

Walls were not soundproofed, Door gaps were big so you could hear sounds from outside the door.

The M Hotel is nice Boutique Hotel. Its smaller size means that it is not overloaded with people, which gives it a calm atmosphere. While many hotels go for a French colonial style, the M Hotel has a very modern design from its reception to its rooms. The room design and layout make the average size room feel more spacious and comfortable! The corner rooms with extended window front are especially nice! The hotel is situated right in the middle of the action of District 1! From shopping to dining to bars to all major tourist attractions, all can be reached on foot.

The breakfast offer is mediocre. I have been staying in the hotel several times and got more used to getting a Banh Mi and coffee outside of the hotel in the morning, which is easily possible.

Good location and close to most places. A bit less crowded than the centre of the city but close enough on foot. The room was spacious, facilities were modern and all the staff her polite and helpful. Really good value for money

the shower area was a little small. The room was huge so they could have had a bigger shower area separate from the toilet. As it is, the shower and toilet shared a space so there was no area to towel off and change that wasn't wet. The gym was not airconditioned

Spacious room. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient location next to Saigon Center.

You can hear everything from the hallway and even other rooms. Sliding glass door design for the shower area is really poor. Door would slide open by itself and water would easily get out into the room. Also, I asked for taxi in the morning for an early day trip. They said they would call me but never got the call. I went down 5 min to realize they never called. If I didn’t have enough buffer time, I would’ve been late and miss my trip.

Buffet breakfast was dried out and cold , not a great selection , disappointing considering the cost of the accommodation

1. Staff can be more understanding. I found out I lost my wallet upon check-in and staff still insisted in getting the credit cards. She could have offered to help to call the taxi or offer some kind gestures to show she cares about the customers rather than following the process blindly. I was very disappointed. 2. I always stay at M hotel when I am in Ho Chi Minh city and there's no internal system that identifies loyal and regular customers for special treatment or personalized experience. It's a disappointment.

The insulation is extremely bad you can hear next door guests, people in the corridor, guest upstairs when they go to bathroom The bathroom that was with the room is not a good idea, I was solo, so I didn’t mind The area is central but during the night is not the best to walk around

It is in a perfect location and the rooms are well appointed. Also the beds are so comfortable.

I advised i was arriving early so asked if I could have an early check in but The previous guest had arranged a late check out. They did not tell me this, just kept saying it will be soon then said I could upgrade to a bigger room and check in now. When I said ok they said a price and then as I was about to pay they doubled it. That annoyed me very much, I have been a guest here 4 times before and didn’t expect that

The room is very spacious, bright, clean and new. Staff are very courteous. Airconditioning cools the room fast and is good for hot weather. Noodles across the street and below the hotel was delicious.

The aircon duct is situated near the toilet which makes bathing in the tub or dressing up at the basin very uncomfy due to the cold. I had to switch off the aircon a few times. I was also not told that the bath salt was chargeable if I throw the bottle away or bring it home. I was charged about USD$9 for 2 bottles. So do note not to throw the bottle away. Do note that u need to walk up a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby. ALso, they will need to check your room when you check out so this will take quite some time. Book your car after they checked your room.
