Staff were very friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel was very convenient, right across the middle of Nguyen Hue walking street. Maybe a bit noisy for some, but for us, it wasn't a bother at all. The view from the room was fantastic, we could see the cafe apartments, Nguyen Hue walking street, and down to the river. The hotel location for us, couldn't have been any better. Very centrally located, lots of street food all around, restaurants, money exchange, you name it, just about everything is within a 5 min walk. A 10 to 15 min walk and you could get to Ben Thanh, or other shopping malls in the area. Wonderful stay, enjoyed every minute of it.

Noticed other people saying the noise level is a bit high, but if you're smack dab in the middle of Nguyen Hue walking street, I don't know what they expect. We've stayed at more expensive hotels in District 1 and could still hear the beep beeps etc. I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like about the property, the noise level from our room was ok, not too much of a bother, but as expected. I'd stay at this hotel again and again, without any hesitation.

We stayed at Saigon Prince during our recent trip to Vietnam, and it quickly became one of our favorite hotels of the entire journey. So much so that we decided to book with them again for the last leg of our trip! The location is unbeatable. It’s a short walk to countless restaurants, shops, cafes, and key attractions. The apartment cafe is right across from the hotel! The area is lively without feeling overwhelming, and it's incredibly easy to explore the best of Saigon on foot from here. The staff at Saigon Prince truly set the tone for our experience. Every person we interacted with, from the front desk to housekeeping, was genuinely kind, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was accommodating an early check-in, booking taxis or offering local recommendations, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. Our room was comfortable but a bit noisy which was expected due to location (not an issue!) and housekeeping consistently did a fantastic job. After traveling around Vietnam, returning to Saigon Prince felt like a no-brainer. The combination of its ideal location, the high standard of service, and the overall comfort made it an ideal location, highly recommended for families!

We specifically chose Saigon Prince because it directly fronted Nugyen-Hue walking street. It was perfect, that section of district 1 is my favourite as it has a real contrast of Saigon charm, nostalgia and modern delights. We stayed in an apartment which was much better as we were travelling with a child - we felt excellent value. Also the room looked over Nguyen-Hue street - which meant we had the most incredible district 1 view - perfectly looking straight at the apartment cafe block. Breakfast was servicable, staff were very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the stay, the entire hotel was immaculate. We had some troubles with the swipe card in the lift, however, reception were extremely prompt with assitance.

Location was excellent and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was very good with an excellent range of cuisines. The room was very comfortable, matress a little on the firm side, but that's personal preference, we still slept well. Some reviws have mentioned the noise. The hotel is in the middle of a lively area, but the soundproofing is more than adequate and the music is over by midnight. We stayed mid-week.

There hotel was in a great location near the walking street in District 1. It is unfortunately very noisy at night with loud music until very late. After the second night of this we spoke to reception and were moved to a much quieter room. The staff were very apologetic and helpful. Sadly for them, this is out of their hands, but they were very accommodating in helping fix this problem. They even let us a beautiful card and bowl of fruit as an apology.

At the point of entering the room, it was a bit smelly -- due to air condition being off. The stuffy room was a bit surprise to me. Maybe at the time room is being cleaned for the next guest, the hotel can arrange for some room freshener so the guests to come aren't greeted with odd smell.

The location, cleanliness, the friendly team, and food were exceptional. I will definitely stay again. I stayed 2 weekends in a row. The location is exactly where you need to be with restaurants and attractions at the doorstep. Breakfast is amazing. This hotel will not disappoint. No need to waste money on more expensive hotels.

Great location, with a slightly old world charm, easy and value for money upgrade, clean, comfortable and easy access to all the great joints in District 1, a good walkabout and sense of safety too for solo travelers. Staff are friendly, service-oriented and always helpful. Food wise was ok, didn't really feel the Vietnamese selections, room coffee facilities can be better. There's access to Vietnamese coffee everywhere nearby, the Cafe Apartments is just opposite, Ben Tranh Market a walking distance, McDonald's just down the street, and Starbucks, Coffee Bean just next door. Around the corner there's Katinat Coffee, Ann Quan Vietnamese food, Madame Quyen (yummy pho!), Highland Coffee.

Room coffee facilities was bare minimum, 2 sachets of instant coffee (and not even Vietnamese coffee) and tea bags. That's it. Also, because it is facing the famous Pedestrian Walk, weekend party music can be heard till 4am in the morning. So be prepared. Though nothing much can be done.

Being on the main road, everything was easily approachable. But the main road being closed, we were dropped little away and had to pull our baggage for some distance which was very tiring for senior citizens. On the way back hotel person dropped us to a cab on the side road.
