Wow! What can I say other than the fact that we felt like royalties. The breakfast restaurant was incredible, the views from the hotel were breathtaking, the location is right in the center - all the attractions were at walking distance, the spa was extremely luxurious, the facial treatment I had was divine! The rooms were huge and we appreciated the evening service and all the kind little details we noticed every day, like the personalised chocolate and the beautiful arrangement we received in the room after the New Years Eve. We also loved the complimentary daily minibar refill and the Acqua Di Parma toiletries - to die for! The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, we couldn't wait to come back to the room in the evening! Also, since we were there for the New Years Eve, we want to highlight the absolutely fabulous dinner and party that was organised, with the most amazing food and live music, we felt emotional the whole night and couldn't believe what an amazing experience we are living, we really appreciated everybody's effort and dedication, it was outstanding!

This rooms were beautiful and staff were attentive. Everyone felt personal and they began to remember our daily routines like how we liked our coffees at breakfast. The room service was the best I’ve ever had. It was really high quality and delicious and didn’t limit the menu late at night at even some of the best hotels we’ve stayed. The whole experience felt amazing from the hotel pick up to checkout. I will always come here in my stays in Saigon. I’m Hilton diamond member and I’m picking this place over the newly opened Hilton nearby. We even got an upgrade to one of the best rooms with amazing views.

Absolutely nothing. If I had to nit pick the transport fleets are a bit dated being 2 generations older that the most recent generation of those cars offered in the 7 series and S class. And perhaps needed more options.

Upon entering the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the staff right from the taxi, who graciously escorted us to the reception. Their friendliness and helpfulness set a positive tone for our stay. Check-in was seamless, and I was thrilled to find myself in a stunning one-bedroom suite. As the door opened, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" The elegant decor was breathtaking, and the city view from the bed was simply spectacular. The spacious and immaculate bathroom added to the luxurious feel of the room. I found myself questioning whether I was in Dubai or Saigon, as the beauty of the suite was truly exceptional. During my short vacation in Vietnam—two nights at the Hilton and one at the Reverie Saigon—I realized that while both hotels were impressive, next time, I’d choose to stay at The reverie Saigon , the best hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

This may be the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at - and I'm well travelled and I have stayed in hotels that are rated in the top 100 in the world by Conde Nast. The hotel decor is interesting and ornate- we were told that the couch in the reception area is one of only two in the world - the other is in the (former) home of Michael Jackson. The spa is incredible - spent 5 hours there receiving various treatments - I recommend the four hands 120 minute massage. The concierge team exceeds expectations - even for a hotel of this caliber. For example - we were caught in rush hour traffic returning from a tour and were going to be late to the Opera and we were able to call the concierge team and we asked them to go up to our room and get the opera tickets from the dining room table and meet us at the Opera House saving us 15 minutes of time. We knew it was a tall order when we called and asked and would have been understanding if they could not accommodate this request but, but they were happy to do it and stated it was their pleasure to help us avoid being late! I could go on and on with stories of the outstanding service and attention to detail that we received. We also enjoyed the Chinese Restaurant, Long Trieu, which was listed in the Michelin Guide - the only sad part was the restaurant was quite empty - I hope more people discover this amazing restaurant! The gym was great - very clean and a good variety of free weights, machines, and cardio. Pool area was fabulous as was the pool cocktail and dining menu. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Ok, I admit that firmness of mattress is subjective and everyone likes something different. For me the mattress was too firm - but our friends we were traveling with prefer a firm mattress so they liked it.

The hotel is ideally situated, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, we especially enjoyed that we could also choose from the menu. If we ever return to HCM, we will certainly book at Reverie Saigon Residential Suites again.

Not really something we didn't like, but it would have been nice if the Long (the 'bar') offered more little snacks and that if you try to follow up the suggestion to help save the environment, it also would be followed up by the hotel themselves (aka if you indicate that you will use the towels once more, you don't get new towels).

We came to HCMC for a wedding. We spent new year eve at The Reverie Residential Suites & the view for fireworks was spectacular. We had some issues with our flight home but the staff were very helpful & accommodating. Special mention to Chi Duong on the reception desk who is lovely & very kind. Next time we visit HCMC we hope to stay in this beautiful hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Reverie Residences. It is by far the best hotel we have stayed in on our 26 day holiday in Vietnam. In most countries this would be a 6 star rated Hotel. Everything about the Hotel, staff, breakfast, service levels, décor, comfort, location and the facilities is exceptional. It is the perfect launching pad to explore the wonderful Ho Chi Minch City.

The attention to detail and thoughtful service we experienced are a testament to your team’s commitment to excellence. The upgraded view was breathtaking and added a special touch to our visit, making it one to cherish. We are looking forward to returning and will not hesitate to recommend The Reverie Saigon Residential Suites to friends and family.

Location, space, Food and Beverage. However, most importantly, the Staff were wonderful! The heated toilet seat was amazing!

It’s not that I didn’t like anything, but, our suite was not as clean as it could have been. Under tables, corners of the room and shelves in dressing area. Otherwise it was perfect!
