The central location is wonderful for exploring the city on foot, as so many attractions are within walking distance. Our room was quiet and equipped with all the expected amenities. However, the air-con however blows powerfully even if turned down to min. Breakfast was outstanding, with a huge choice of fresh food, beautifully presented. Great juice selection and large choice of dishes cooked to order. Very attentive staff. It is for all these reasons that we have stayed in this hotel a couple of times in the past.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are exceptional. There was building work going on while I was there and my room was noisy. The staff were so accommodating in changing my room & also upgrading me for the inconvenience. We paid for the club lounge as part of our room & it was well worth it. They provide breakfast, afternoon tea & dinner. You could also grab a juice, tea or coffee any time through out the day. The staff in the club lounge were fantastic. When they found out I had an allergy to berries they made sure that there were desserts without berries available for me throughout my stay. Do yourself a favourable stay at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

It's excellent location staff and facilities.

Unfortunately and no fault of the hotel. But there was a noodle promotion the 3 nights we were there. The music was so loud even on the 15th floor that the windows were shaking. Also it would have been nice to be informed that renovations around the pool area where taking place. The executive lounge and staff were wonderful and polite. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay and staff were very helpful. Would stay there again...

This was my second stay here. Every staff member was courteous. From the guyd and girls that ppen the front door to the concierge to the housekeeping that folded all my clothes thrown in the room to the representative that couriered me the cosmetics I left back at the hotel. You guys define the level of customer service that I haven't experienced in a long time. Please keep up the good work. A well operating team always means a well appointed manager. So big thanks to all the managers thar run these teams. Well done.

Great location, nice rooftop bar and very comfortable rooms. We got stranded in Saigon for an extra two days due to flight cancellation and this was a perfect haven to spend the extra time. Walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and attractions, very friendly and helpful staff.

In hotel services, cafes and restaurants prohibitively expensive, but it's easy enough to walk out the door and find many great options.

I travelled with my daughters for my birthday; I am glad I chose this hotel. The staff were amazing; they are very attentive and super helpful. they went beyond our expectations in everything we requested. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious; the location was great. we rebook to stay at the hotel again because our experience was so great.

Breakfast buffet spread was excellent, the location is pretty strategic as their new metro was just a 5 minute walk away and the rooftop bar has excellent views of the city center.

As the Vietnamese national team had managed to win an important game for the ASEAN Cup final, it was a bit loud due to the celebration, so further soundproofing would be nice.

Breakfast was excellent, location can't be better. The staff was mostly attentive and polite. The room was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities to make it a good base for our activities in HCMC. Lots of food choices, spas, nail salons and shopping opportunities in the area. It's also within walking distance from Ben Thanh market, Notre Dame and the post office.

Breakfast was moved to the much smaller executive lounge area because Saigon cafe was closed for a private event. The selection was smaller and staff weren't as polite and attentive as plates weren't immediately cleared away. They seemed unwilling to serve coffee and expected us to operate the machines instead. At some point of our stay, the lobby and driveway were filled with guests who were milling around and smoking outside. I was hoping for a bit of crowd control for the sake of other guests, but maybe it's not the hotel's fault.

Good location, staff and facilities.

Didn’t like the way they charged your credit card for the full stay deposit at check in and then charge your credit card again for the full stay at checkout. Then they try to refund the original deposit. This is different to other hotels and very convoluted. I’m still waiting for my refund on the original deposit amount at check in.

Best Breakfast we ever had, the options were great, team on the floor was great and worked diligently. Hotel is located in the heart of the city only a stone away from all attractions and shopping area. We will recommend the hotel to all visiting the city.

I had Americano on the breakfast, selection of the Coffee can be improved but this is subjective.
