The hotel was in a very convenient location just beside a Michelin starred Cantonese restaurant (Dim Tu Tac), a convenient store (Circle K) *Walking distance from The Opera House *Walking distance from the street with luxury brands such as LV, Gucci, Dior etc *Only 8-10 mins away by foot to Takashimaya or Vincom Centre (shopping Centre) opposite directions *About 8 to 15 mins away by Grab to tourist attractions like Jade Emperor Temple, Water Puppet Show, Ben Than Market, Post Office, Landmark 81 etc Good water pressure in toilets and shower. Breakfast had a good spread not extensive but enough for a balanced meal. They have an egg station and also Pho station. There were a selection of fruits though not as much. They also offer Vietnamese coffee which was a good intro to the local taste.

The hotel itself needs to be renovated. All though clean, age cannot hide the old carpet smell on the corridors. Curtains are also needs to be replaced. The walls need to be upgraded as we hear the street vendors most of the time (they are like alarm clocks in the morning). There is also a mosque in front of the hotel, and you can also hear the announcements from the mosque. The hotel needs an uplift to maximise the benefits of the location.

Location wsa central and convenient. WiFi connection was very good throughout. My initial double room had a faulty air conditioning unit that kept turning itself on and off. When I raised this with reception, they very quickly sent an engineer who confirmed the fault. The reception staff immediately moved me to another room which was an upgrade from the one I booked. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was close to a building which resembles a place of worship and the continuous broadcasts over their PA system was annoying.

Good variety of food for breakfast. Hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the river, opera house and the cathedral. It is surrounded by many restaurants and café.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness and helpfulness of every staff member. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff.

I did not the breakfast at the hotel. Because it is non halal. It could be better if the hotel can provide halal food

I asked for a quiet room and was not disappointed. It was on 7th floor and at the back of the hotel. Staff were attentive.
