Perfect central location. Fabulous Annan Goumet cafe next door. Wonderful bathroom shower. Quiet. Helpful staff. Excellent price.

For me the bed not so good. I think a bit old, hard, not comfortable.

Location Very big room At the first room that we got we have 2 twin bed but both king size and double bed which is very nice , then the next day in the afternoon they asked us to change the room because the room that we used will do aome repair they said, the thing was that afternoon we just came back and so tired but they asked us to move asap on that day, we have around 3hours to move after negotiation but still felt not comfortable enough because our time to rest we just used to pack and move to another room.. the second rooms still big enough for 2 of us, and got the real twin bed,

The first room was so perfect, I almost give review 10 of 10, but unfortunately the second 2 was not well prepared. We waited more than 10 minutes to fixing the locks (the new room was under repair) The floor in second rooms looks dirty and have some hair when we just moved in, The drainage in the bathroom was floating everytime we use for shower The ac not cold enough not like in the first room.. But still both rooms was so big which is point plus

SUPER close to EVERYTHING. We did not take even one taxi to go anywhere except the airport. Also, there is a mini store right next to the store to buy water etc. The rooms are ok, it was clean and comfortable. At the beginning we got afraid since the googl reviews were so different from booking, but our room was ok and it also match the price we paid. We only stayed 2 days here. Also, for the first time in Vietnam, i did not hear hunkings from the room, since there is no windows.

We were next to the elevator so you hear anybody who leave and comes, luckily not so much going after midnight. Stains on the walls.

The location was absolutely amazing, it is so close to absolutely everything that you want/need to see in Ho Chi Minh. We were able to walk everywhere! Right in the centre surrounded by shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. The bed was super comfortable. Shower was very powerful and had hot water. Staff were friendly and did our laundry for us for a reasonable price.

Our room had no window which we found slightly annoying after 4 nights but not a huge deal. The air con also started spouting out water after being on for about 30 mins but when we went down to reception on our way out and told them and it was sorted when we got back.

Breakfast was not included on our stay which we knew when booking. There is a beautiful coffee shop right across the street for breakfast. The staff were wonderful, Hang and Tin especially and the others whose names we don't know. If you want to avoid being ripped off by local taxis, ask the staff to arrange transport. Through them it was nearly a quarter of the price! Remember it is a budget priced hotel in a great location so keep that in mind if you book. Our bathroom had been remodelled which was nice. Circle K almost next door. Fridge on all the time. Aircon good.

Just the pillows in our room were a little uncomfortable but that could have been just our room.

the price is worthy. room is neat. the customers are normal travelers. feel safe about it. the tub is also big and clean

the electric card key didn't work well. got stuck for a few times and need to went down to reception to fix. the big glass between room and restroom is totally transparent. no privacy at all and create some awkwardness

Location. Lots of restaurants close by and you can walk around the city sites from here. Staff. The first room we stayed in had a faulty AC and shower screen. They moved us to a better room which had a loud squeaking bathroom door and one window would not close properly which they addressed immediately. They organised taxi to airport which was cheaper than our other options.

Need a bit of TLC - inspections and maintenance could make a difference.

Spacious room with sitting and desk area and good enough wifi, although the wifi's signal strength varied quite a bit. Strong water pressure and hot water in a bathroom with a separate bathing area so the floor didn't get all wet. Excellent location near walking street and all that it offers, and provided much more value for the price than other hotels in the area. Came with motorbike parking.

The staff didn't anticipate when supplies in the room would run out and we had to make at least one trip downstairs letting them know that we didn't have enough of one thing or another.

Great value for money considering the location and they take card payment which is always a plus!

Bathroom sink seemed to be hanging off the wall at a weird angle after what looked like countless repair attempts and loo cistern took forever to fill up but I'm being picky!

Very well located and modern bathroom with shower separated from the cabinet. Beds are big and comfortable. Only minus would be that there is no breakfast included. Great price point though. Will come again.
