The hotel was lovely. Just about perfect. Staff, facilities & cleanliness were spot-on. Most accommodating since I only booked hours prior to arriving at an ungodly hour of the night. Got a good price too. Breakfast really good (small buffet). Really like the location. Handy for the river port (3 minute walk), Nguyễn Hue, Pasteur, Japan Town & other attractions.

I’m being picky to mention my view was a bit yuck. But I didn’t expect one anyway.

I came to Vietnam to have implant dental surgery. I originally stayed at Huong Sen Hotel, which was nice then at Liberty Central Riverside for 2 weeks. It was quite expensive...... I absolutely loved this hotel. It felt like being in a Vietnam hotel and not like our hotels back in Australia like the liberty. The old saying pay peanuts, and you get monkeys.. this hotel for the price and location deserves another star.I played extra for the window which faced the street. It was so lovely listening to the lady directly across the road singing a traditional Vietnamese song. Convenience store directly across the road. The staff were amazing and helped me alot..thank you for having me🙏... see you in 4mths when I return for my final dental work done. 💝

I have read the whingers on this hotels reviews and feel they wanted the liberty central riverside hotel at this hotel prices... like i said before its a old building, but loved it.. breakfast very simple, not like the liberty, but adequate. Old vintage style furniture but loved it... felt like I was in vietnam 🇻🇳 not an aussie hotel back home.

The Nicecy was a great hotel and is in a perfect location to be able to access Ho Chi Minh City's main attractions. We wanted to be central and it was easy to walk to bars and restaurants or order a Grab. The staff were lovely and very attentive and the room was a good size with everything we needed.

The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast. There was an ok choice and fresh eggs cooked to our liking, but when things ran out they tended not to be replenished without asking and nothing sweet - pancakes/jam/pastries etc.

It is centrally located, so most of the happening areas are at a walkable distance. The room was okay sized for two people. The rest of the facilities are as mentioned. The breakfast is quite good too.

We took a suite room on the 7th floor and the bathroom drain had a strange way of working. Though there is a shower area, the dry area would get half wet with water from the shower before getting drained. We didnt face any problem with it, but it was a little annoying. They provide 2x500ml water bottles for free everyday, but they are not enough for the weather and there is no tap water to drink either. So you need to buy and stock up on water bottles

The location was excellent with a short walk to city centre, yet still in a quiet location. Breakfast was fairly basic, but food was good quality with cooked egg options. The premier deluxe rooms (2) were comfortable with plenty of space. The bathroom was modern and acceptably appointed with a shower/bath combination and large vanity. For the price this accommodation is obviously not 5-star, but was well worth it and sufficiently comfortable for our 5-night family stay. We would be happy to stay again at this location.

Breakfast hours could be a bit longer. No lift availability from the 9th to 10th floor but not a major issue. The single lift is quite busy at peak times.

The Deluxe Triple Room for 3 adults was immaculately clean and spacious with two large beds, two large windows offering partial view of the river which is less than 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, and a large en-suite bathroom adequately furnished. The buffet breakfast had a variety of options including freshly cooked fried egg/omlette. There are lots of shops and restaurants in close proximity, and most of the touristic attractions of the city are walkable from the hotel.

The free wifi slowed down occasionally.

Stayed here on 2 occasions, great location. The suite is spacious and comfy. Friendly and very helpful staff, from the guards to housekeeping and of course the receptionists where ThiThi will make sure to help you and have a friendly and funny chat!

Breakfast finishes too early. Breakfast is good tho and staff as well!

Reception staff very helpful, and polite. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. Hotel was great position....easy to walk to river and to opera house/walking street/ market etc in district 1. On a quiet street so very easy to get a grab taxi at the door Quiet room

The bathroom needed a bit of updating. Breakfast was ok, but often cool as the food was not reheated at all.

The breakfast was acceptable, though it would have been better if the food was served warm and offered a wider variety. On the positive side, the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. After fully understanding our situation, they kindly upgraded our room, which made my business stay feel much more comfortable and welcoming.

he room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the little balcony with a view of the city. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and they provided me with excellent recommendations for local restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
