Excellent location to move around Saigon centre. Felt very clean and neat. The room was not very big but had all the necessary elements to make it comfortable and adequate. Loved the bed and the bathroom (fantastic toilet, Japanese style). The hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace and the pool is really enjoyable. The breakfast room is very pleasant and breakfast, very complete with a variety of products, all of them delicious. Special thanks to Mike, who is not only helpful but the heart and soul of the place, making everybody feel happy. Also to Sue, with her pleasant manners and kind smile, ready to assist too. Would go back any time!

There is a stair to access the hotel from the street. Not a problem if you don't have mobility issue. And Mike will always be there to help with your luggage. However, if you find it difficult to manage stairs, you should consider this point as we are not talking about just three or four steps.

There is a pool on the rooftop, but it is much smaller than it looks in the picture, less than 10 meters long. I was planning to bring my swimsuit, but it was not possible. I was planning to bring my swimsuit and swim in the pool, but I could not. I booked this hotel on the assumption that I would be able to swim in the pool, so I felt it was a bit expensive. The rooftop massage/spa and bar are open for business, so it is a bit of a hassle.

As soon as I arrived, Wy was on it; he went straight for my bags. Check-in was smooth and was given a drink straight away by Wy. When I went to the room it was clean and had everything that | needed. I asked for some recommendations where to eat and Wy gave me some places. late at both; one was a cheap place and the other was 'western' prices. Room was left unmade upon my request. New towels were given. I didn't use the pool. Sue was brilliant behind the desk I would come again and stay.

We had issues with our bank card and were babble to get in touch with the bank. They were very good via email before arriving and then once we arrived. We were out at ease by reception staff. The room was really nice and we particularly loved the bathroom and special toilet. The rooftop pool was awesome and had great views of the river. Wy and Nhu the doormen was attentive and polite. The location is excellent for good eating places and within walking distance of places of interest.

We sometimes had very little hot water but that may have been due to busy times

The breakfast room was not comfitertable, and ac made it drafty. There was also pest control going on, and no information was provided wheter it is regular or for some specific reason. I checked my room and find no marks of bed bugs.

Great location in a vibrant part of the city. Comfortable room with sufficient amenities. Wonderful views from the rooftop pool / lounge area. Ms. Ti at the front desk was kind enough to make a great dinner recommendation to nearby Quan Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine restaurant - great suggestion. Thanks!

The team really took good care of their guests. The team of Boo, Rin, Duy, Mike, Wy have had helped me with booking, motor bike parking, wifi issue, etc. I really appreciated it. Also, the place is clean, well located and the rooms are nice

Central location, double glazing kept the outside noise to a minimum. My room was big and had a Toto washlet. Quality Daikin AC was quite and powerful. Staff were always very courteous and smiling. Thank you to Wy and the team for your assistance! Place was clean and the rooftop plunge pool was great to unwind and wash away the chaos of the city life.

Good hotel in the centre of Saigon. The location is good and you can walk to the main sights. The room was nice but a little small though we made sure to choose a bigger one than the standard one with a bigger window.

The breakfast was ok but there were very few options for vegetarians
