Cool designed Hotel, super central within walking distance to lots of places of interest. Very nice staff. Super and delicious breakfast variety. First we got a room with those light well windows, but after asking for a room with a "real" windows, we could easily upgrate for a reasonable amount. In the afternoon complementary tea and cake is served in the lobby for a nice relaxing moment. Right on the opposite site of the street is a great massage place! The pool on the rooftop is more of a big bathtub, but for a short refreshment it is OK.

Staff very friendly. Went above and beyond what was expected for a hotel of its size and stature. Hotel staff helped a lot with task such as food recommendations, getting a taxi, delivering messages as well as receiving packages. Ten out of ten for the staff!

Wifi was slow making logging into my company VPN a pain.

Breakfast was simple and tasty. Better than the other hotels around the same area. Service staff during breakfast were courteous, helpful and had good service. Morning pho was good too. Porter service was good and friendly. Security at night was vigilant. There were no strangers wondering around on the property. Shower in the bathroom was strong and had good heating water system.

Check in at the hotel was a bit slow. Bathroom table top was too small. Not enough bottles of drinking water provided, 2 small bottles were insufficient.

Central Position in HCMC, near to many Japanese restaurant. Staff very active & polite. Room was clean and confy. Good option to have a coffee shop directly in the hotel entrance with a good choice of beverages.

They should improve the breakfast. In my opinion not too much choice of food.

I really like the breakfast, so does the afternoon tea.

There is a stair case in front of the hotel, it was quite high. They should have a slope for easily push up the luggages. The aircon was too cold and it seems that I can’t adjust it properly. The bed is not that comfortable.

Food is amazing! Location is pretty good, so close to the mall, close to many restaurants and close to city. The pool and sauna was so nice!!! The sauna is a dry sauna but has a Himalayan salt wall which is beautiful and therapeutic to breathe in, I loved it for my son who had a runny nose. Beds were super comfy and so nice and big for the three of us. The fitness Centre was basic, treadmill, another cardio machine and dumbells but that's all you need!! And it's right next to the pool which is super convenient and there's a shower and toilet provided too. Shuttle service to the airport was awesome, the hotel is nice and close to the airport maybe 25 min away but good to check when to leave incase of traffic. Nothing could beat the buffet breakfast though!!! I've stayed at many hotels and this buffet comes out on top!! Was so nice having a beautiful pho in the morning and having freshly pressed juice! Thank you to the food service staff who worked hard in topping up the top the food especially the chefs and whoever made the juices you're amazing!! There were lots of western dishes on offer too which is good for the kids but I loved that the hotel showed how awesome Vietnamese cuisine is!! I will miss this breakfast!! Although English breakfast tea lovers, hard to come by here, it's not popular perhaps bring your own tea bags, and it ls tricky sourcing alternative milks for dairy free people out there but thats vietnam in general, I believe it's quite expensive. You'll need to do a trip to Starbucks if you want an alternative milk or shop.

Just the carpet in the hotel probably needs replacing looks a bit grubby and though it's clean as I saw them shampooing the carpet,. And the walls could do with a new paint job as looks a bit outdated and dark, the original room I booked, the room seemed quite dull and dark as the one of the walls was dark green, just needs a lighter colour scheme especially if the room is small, bathroom has a yellow type colour which could be updated too. The tiles near the pool could do with some non slip mats it's a slipping hazard when wet but that's it!!! I think in general it's expensive getting washing done, no one in this area offers washing service, but that's not the hotels fault but maybe it's something they could offer or recommend.

The location is great. On a relatively quiet street not far from the centre at all. Air conditioning works fabulously. Buffet breakfast is really decent too plus the staff were excellent. The pool is a little tricky to find but is clean and pleasant.

Building work going on constantly both in and outside the hotel. One is a building next door, which isn’t the hotels fault.

Most wonderful experience!! Staff was incredible— super friendly, helpful and they had excellent recommendations for places to go in HCM. Ambiance of hotel was beautiful! Hip, boutique feel with lovely front porch. Great location to all the best of HCM, but fairly quiet street for being so close to everything. Breakfast was quite the treat, extensive spread of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Lunch was terrific as well. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!!!!

Pool was closed at the time we were there, but it looks like a very cool place to hang out at the rooftop pool with a bar.

everything. this is our second time we visited this hotel. we decided to come back because everything is exceptional and worth the money.

only drawback is the bellman at midnight shift. he is rude and we trying to park our bike at night, he acting like we were disturbing his sleep and showing us long face. exactly like first time we visited here. his attitude is unchanged. even we request anything from the room, we just hope not him to deliver the items to us but still the one. I hope management rehire someone who love his job as like the reception and day shift bell. their service is best and i can see their passion by delivering the quality services.
