Breakfast timing shud be a little more flexible. If your on vacation , getting up to be ontime before 10am is a little too much .

- I could not pay with card because of machine trouble. - My appointment was after 10 a.m. so I left around 10, and when I came back in the late afternoon (16:00), the room was not cleaned. Maybe staff finished all other room cleaning before 10 and did not want to clean my room? - Room phone did not show reception or housekeeping number, so I had to come down to ask.

Under the bed was dusty and there was an empty water bottle left behind from the last teant. The moulding was a bit water logged in one area of the room. The bed was ok, but the bed springs were creaky. The TV's electric outlet was dangling exposed from the back of the TV. Light switches were in kind of hard to reach locations beside the bed. The air con was quite noisy and had little control of temperature and fan speed. It was either too cold or stuffy. The toilet's toilet paper roll hanger was missing a grub screw that kept the whole toilet paper roll hanger together, so if you bump it, it fell apart. The shower's threshold was not really aligned properly with the shower's glass door, so when you took a shower, the rest of the toilet got wet. The room had a queen size bed, a weird corner chair and a round side table. The clearance between the bed and wall was about 2 ft to 3ft along the bedside and about 3 to 4ft from the foot of the bed to the wall, so there was not much space to move around in the room, as the chair and table took much of the space next to the bed.

Good location, close to main popular places to see. 30 min to the airport. Close to river.

Tiny, hot room. Very small window. Good that room is required with air-condition otherwise would be too hot. You can hear noise from the street. Good for one-two nights.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located in a busy area with many restaurants and coffee shops.

People will always expect a room with facilities as displayed on accommodation apps. Deluxe Double was very ordinary. I paid less for better.

Was cheap and in the vacinity we needed. Comfortable bed and good aircon.

Outdated decor. Nothing like the advertising photo’s. Very noisy location…. all night street noise. Obviously no sound proofing in building.Breakfast average and didn’t cater for western diet. Coffee was cold.Seals on mini bar fridge in room were shot so nothing stayed particularly cold. Towels had stains. No wash cloths provided.Bath and toilet were cracked and old. Tv only had Vietnamese channels available. Pay tv wasnt viable. No cups or teaspoons in room.. we had to ask for them. Lots of little bug like ants everywhere.. including in bathroom. Saw a few cockroaches . Dodgy electrical wiring … seems to acceptable in Vietnam however.
