Staffs:11 / 10 ! Outstanding ! Service: 10 / 10 ! Very good ! Location: 9 / 10. Walking distance to many eateries. Japan Street / Japan Town just around the back of the hotel. Walking distances to many more shopping malls and countless numbers of street corner food stalls. About 20 - 25 mins walk to the popular Benh Thanh Market (Fakes Mega Market). Casa Del Habanos literally 5 mins away if you love cigars, whiskey and food! Pool: 6.5 / 10 (Small, that's all). Gym: 5 / 10 (Again small and bare minimum. 1 Treadmill and 2 other machines. No free weights. Breakfast Buffet: 8.5 /10. Pretty decent. You have choices.

Gym - Range of free-weights are a must in all gyms and ideally bigger space would be nice. Everything else was up to expectation :)

The Paragon Saigon offers a decent location with easy access to many attractions. We initially booked a Deluxe Twin room which was a decent size, but unfortunately, the bathroom left something to be desired. The shower/bath combination was not ideal, and the height of the bath would be a significant challenge for anyone with mobility issues. To improve our stay, we decided to upgrade to the Paragon Suite for the remaining three days, and we're glad we did! The suite offered a much more comfortable and spacious experience. The staff were a 10/10 !

The standard rooms could benefit from a bathroom renovation. If you're considering staying here, I recommend upgrading to a suite for a more enjoyable experience.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Sadly we were only in town for one night. But we will for sure stay there again when we come back on our next visit, for longer. Restraurant had a great food.

Not sure exactly where we were positioned in the hotel but there was have been a bar or club and there was the bass playing till early morning hours. It wasn’t horrible but it did keep us up off and on, and we had an early morning flight. So if you are a light sleeper beware. Maybe the hotel could supply complimentary earplugs? Because other than that the hotel was amazing.

4-Star Review of The Paragon Hotel I recently stayed at The Paragon Hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, close to key attractions and convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, though it could benefit from a few more options for dietary restrictions. The on-site amenities, like the gym and pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall positive experience. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in some places.

Great central location I stayed at Pragon Hotel for 3 nights, and really enjoyed its location in the city center, where everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is fine and the room was nice. I appreciated the luggage room option as well. The customer service attitude of the staff here makes me most satisfied and decided to write a review, very thoughtful, enthusiastic & professional, bringing us absolute satisfaction, especially Mr. Trung (Reception). It is your very friendly & cheerful attitude that helped me decide to introduce this place to many friends & will come back as soon as possible!!"

Great solid hotel, the location was good, rooms were clean and comfy, small but maintained outdoor pool on the top floor, buffet breakfast had a good selection of food, including a vegetarian section and egg cooking station (we did inform the hotel ahead that we were vegetarian, so not sure if the vego section is standard or special). The staff are friendly and very helpful. A huge plus about this hotel is they allow you to take a shower in their pool changeroom even after you have checked out (or before your room is ready for check in). We had a late flight and had done a tour of Cu Chi tunnels (so we were dirty and sweaty) and being able to clean up before our flight was amazing.

The only small thing was the bathroom is separated by see through glass with blinds to cover up from the outside. I was travelling with family and so this was a little funny

The Hotel is vere grateful, i have a good stay at Paragon. The location is convenient which near shopping mall, restaurant, coffee shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially mr. Trung (reception) he is very kind and friendly. I dropped my wallet in a taxi while traveling from the airport to the hotel. But fortunately he contacted the taxi driver and the service switchboard to find my wallet. And he knows a lot of restaurants with spa services and many fun places to recommend for me and my friends to visit and experience.

It was clean and nearby the center of HCM, malls, cho benh thanh and restaurants.

There was nothing i did not like

A lovely hotel with helpful staff and good facilities. The breakfast was a really lovely buffet, it included a variety of hot and cold options and a pho station. It was a mix of Asian and western food. They also made us breakfast-to-go boxes on our day of departure as we left at 3:30am. The staff went out of their way to be helpful - they always helped to move our bags and were so kind to our children (this seemed to be a theme in vietnam - everyone seemed to like babies!) The rooftop pool was lovely but quite small so would not be suitable for lap swimming. We visited it but didn't get a chance to use it in the end as we were only there for a short time but it seemed nice and our kids would have loved it. The location of the hotel was great, next to Japan town so around lots of Japanese shops and food. It was very central and also walking distance to lots of local attractions, which suited us fine as we wanted to see things on foot with our small children. I anticipate we will be back.

The hotel room was great but if I was going to choose anything to improve it would be that the floors were not as clean as I would have liked. There needs to be a deep clean done under the beds and behind furniture as that dust and mess from under the beds spreads easily around the room, especially when my baby is crawling all over the floor and my toddler is rolling his toys under there! We got a free afternoon tea with our stay when we booked with booking.com. The tea was ok but we only got a few cakes with this and it looked like the leftover muffins from breakfast with some icing on. We were happy as we didn't pay for it but if we had paid for it I would have been quite unimpressed.
