The hotel is clean,new and modern, the view from my room is beautiful. Location is convenient for visitor which is very central and you can easily walk to all the acttraction places in the city. I love the staffs here. They make me feel like home especially Sunny and Jimmy, they are experts for local guides.

Location is fantastic, and room is spacious. Will come back again.

I found the toilet to be not so clean as there seemed to be some smell from the toilet.

Lovely staff at reception, always gave you a daily message to see if everything was okay. They asked if we needed recommendations or taxi service. Room was beautiful, and my partner loved the bathroom! We had the back of the hotel and you couldn’t hear the street which was nice. Location was great!! Walking distance to most things we wanted to see with a 15 minute walk to the financial tower and Cafe Apartments. Also all the trips were pick up and drop off in District 1 and this hotel is in District one which was good!! Defiantly recommend if your staying in Ho Chi Minh!!

Great comfortable rooms and amazing staff

It is across the street from the Park Hyatt and down the street from the JW. Behind the Opera House and two blocks from the City Hall. You hardly can’t get a better location for the prize. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a particular sensitivity towards art pieces. It’s almost a museum. The rooms are very spacious, albeit the layout of the bathroom is bizarre, shower and toilette in front of the bed with dar glasses to cover it. If this is a family trip there is little privacy in the room. The room is enormous, with a reading chair and spacious closets. There is no lobby in the property or common space, besides couple chairs in the reception. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind they went above and beyond to meet our every request and where wick to solve our problems.

Staff were outstanding, communication with Naccy via WhatsApp was thorough and helpful. This was my all time favorite hotel room from this trip. The decor was warm and stylish. Room is spacious for 30sqm - room for suitcases. The bed was comfortable and the sheets so soft and silky. Nice hot shower. I wasn’t a fan of the tinting on the shower and toilet glass, it did provide some privacy but you could still see through which was a bit awkward with the toilet haha. This is a great location for walking to the tourist spots. You can walk on the sidewalks and there is less rubbish. It is extremely noisy with traffic being right in the city. We were on the second floor which is close to the street - if you are higher up it might be a bit quieter. I liked sitting out on the balcony but the noise made it difficult to talk. There are multiple ‘fancy’ restaurants close by…there is a laneway right next door with approx 5 restaurants, however these are quite pricey. If you want ‘local’ food it’s a long walk or cab ride approx 20 mins away. No restaurant in this hotel. I loved the hotel, it was very reasonably priced - I would say more 5 star and Excellent value for money. I wouldn’t stay in this area again (district 1). I prefer to have access to more local eating spots/marts/laundry etc but I do recommend to stay here if you prefer an upmarket experience.

We stayed at the Signature for three nights. The hotel has a very good location near the attractions, right next to a courtyard where there is a fantastic restaurant (Hoa Tuc) and very good Banh Mi. We were warmly welcomed, and the communication via WhatsApp was very attentive and friendly. We received some great sightseeing tips through it. The hotel room was spacious and nicely decorated. Cleaning was done daily. You can also use the gym and pool at the sister hotel which is a 5 minute walk. All in all, it was a perfect hotel for our needs.

Nothing to mention

This small boutique hotel was beautiful , room was well presented very clean and lovely decor. Bed and pillows were comfortable I only stayed 1 night so was perfect location to walk around district 1 and have a look. I felt very safe in hotel and walking around city at night and day by myself. Staff were absolutely gorgeous and so helpful with recommendations and anything I needed. Oh and shower pressure was also great.

If I had to pick something it would be no view from my room but wasn’t a big deal.

Excellent property in a very good location, with plenty in easy walking distance of the hotel. Rooms are a good size and the balcony we had was perfect to sit out on and watch city life. Staff were exceptional, all very friendly and gave good advice for things to do and places to eat.
