Maybe an iron in the room, larger coffee cups. Really minor items.

The location is fantastic. There are food stalls with hot pot that is open until the early hours of the morning. The room is spacious and well acquainted. Bathroom has good working shower. Lucky the reception is always friendly and happy to help.

Bed was not very comfortable. Pillows were too high. If you’re a light sleeper like me bring ear plugs and eye mask. Sound from food stalls can be heard all night even with double layer windows and some light enters the room when the curtains are shut.

We loved our stay here! Bed was SUPER comfy, room was spacious and amenities were great. We loved the kitchen and we cooked a few of our dinners which made it feel more like a home. Close to all the main tourist places so we could walk everywhere. Was also quite quiet at night despite being on a main road! Receptionist was super friendly and was willing to help us with anything. They also offer a big brochure of tours which we would’ve definitely taken advantage of if we stayed for longer. Overall highly recommend, super nice to have an apartment, feels way more homely than a hotel which is always nice in a new country.

Only thing I could suggest is maybe have a door that is fully wood instead of one with a glass panel - because we were on the first floor the light from reception shone into our room at night and it was quite bright, having a fully wood door would block out most of this light. Of course if you are not on the first floor it’s not an issue and there is only one room on the first floor anyway. We still got to sleep super fast as well because the bed was so comfy 😊

This serviced apartment is in a perfect location, close to Little Japan and other major attractions of Ho Chi Minh City. Having a well equipped kitchen is great. I enjoyed making my own English breakfast every morning.

The bedding is a bit weird, and could be improved. A few items in the room wasn't in proper order (e.g. the toaster) and should be repaired or replaced. It would also be great if the kitchen came with basic condiments, e.g. salt. pepper and cooking oil. It is inconvenient to buy those things for a short stay.

We chose this property because of its location in district one and value for money…..we were not disappointed. We thank Lucky, the receptionist/ manager for his communication and assistance. The shopping mall is only 5 minutes walk away, and the best egg coffee is at the shop across the road. The room is fully self-contained, including a toaster.

A provision of an iron would have been appreciated.

The location is super close to reach to anywhere on foots. The staff was helpful and friendly, always around to help whenever you need. The apartment is new, and most equipments also fine quality.

The room we booked was a bit close to the entrance, so the outdoor sounds is a little inconvenience, but in general all fine. In our next visit to Saigon, probably we'll back and upgrade it too!

The host was so nice and friendly. We arrived super early in Ho Chi Minh and he let us check in at 10AM even though check in wasn’t until 2. The rooms were really spacious and clean and had everything we needed! It was perfect for our trip and was close to many places to visit in Ho Chi Minh

I don’t have any complaints about the host or the property it was great! The only small small thing I would say is if you are on the bottom floor it is right next to the cleaning cupboard so it can be a bit noisy early morning. Everything else apart from that was perfect

It is in a great position for visiting the city. I appreciated the fact that there were plenty of great cafes in the area. The position helped us a lot going back and forth whenever we wanted, allowing us to visit the city at different times during the day. If you are planning on spending more than 2 days, the kitchen comes pretty handy.

Sometime we heard noises from the corridor. Nothing unbearable but it might happen

Really enjoyed staying at Sunny's serviced apartments. On arrival met by Sunny's welcoming smile & friendly disposition. Room was spacious, a very comfortable bed, a big fridge, quiet and located in a great spot. Air con can be left on, which is great to come back too. Big shopping mall close by, short walk to tourist spots. Was really comfortable on my short stay.

No kettle but had a stove, so could boil pot of water. No big deal really.

Location was great, with numerous coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Within walking distance to Nguyen Hue walking street and Ben Thanh market, and numerous other attractions. It is also close to high-class shops like Chanel, and Omega if you are looking to purchase luxury items. My host was called Lucky and he provided fantastic service from check-in to check-out. He speaks great English to absolutely no issues with communication. He provides his Whatsapp information so you can contact at any time. Any minor issues were resolved instantly. First class hospitality. The shower in the bathroom was very good, lots of hot water and strong water pressure. The bed I found to be extremely comfortable and the bed linen felt high quality.
