One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Not cheap but worth the money. The breakfast was superb: everything is freshly made! The staff were very attentive and remembers what you ordered the day before.

Pool was a bit small and not enough sun beds.

Excellent location bang in the middle of District 1 and right opposite the Saigon opera. Many attractions, restaurants and shopping centres nearby. Breakfast is excellent, both in terms of taste and teh spread. The property itself is a beautiful and has an old world charm while providing all the comforts of the modern world.

The staff were lovely but could sometimes get overwhelmed by the number of guests during busy times. I had to wait quite some time to check-in, with my luggage in tow. A valet eventually came up to me to help me with my luggage but I would have expected that service upon entry to the property!

This was an impressive 5 star property one of the top 3 in the world that i have ever enjoyed. Along with Wakatobi Dive Resort in Indonesia and the Sofitel Legend Old Cataract Hotel in Egypt. There is a certain “je ne sais pas quoi” that you experience at properties like these and you know it right away when you interact with the staff. They are happy to provide services to you and it shows😁. What a pleasure to have this type of experience. Also the facilities and food and drink are top shelf. No pretense here.

First of all, the establishment met more than my expectations. It was my first trip to Vietnam and beyond amazed how beautiful the city was. The staff was so hospitable, warm and kind. The restaurants are soooooo good!!! The rooms are big and the interior of the whole hotel is beyond words. We will definitely book here again for our next Saigon trip. Everything you need to see is just a few minutes walk...I can't say anything else...my stay was so memorable and fabulous. Will definitely go back! We will try to book a room at the 3rd floor where the pool is. KUDOS to the staff! You guys are so kind! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

Hotel was just excellent! In perfect location in Saigon, short walking distance to key sights. Had a lovely ‘old world’ colonial feel but still felt modern, which just added to our wonderful experience. Great atmosphere in 2 Lam Son cocktail bar - a great way to end a tiring day or relax after dinner. And all the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. For a couple, this was just the perfect hotel.

Nothing … other than our stay was too short!

The best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The staff goes out of their way on every detail. Anything you need, go to the desk and it is fixed for you. Facility is great, and a excellent spa and gym.

While it is expensive by Saigon standards, it is still a fraction of what you would pay for the same hotel in Europe or North America. After an arduous outdoor adventure, I needed peace and quiet and pampering. Perfect.

The hotel breathes a wonderful atmosphere of classic architecture mixed with great examples of Vietnamees art. The restaurants are great and the wine list is outstanding. The room is well decorated and laid out, the bed was great and helped us get over our jet leg really well. Breakfast was fantastic end the staff were super attentive.

There’s not a lot I can think of.

Everything. From the response time and service level of the staff, room quality, to the overall hotel facilities and ambience, to the food quality, to live jazz performance in lobby... everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet and food quality of the hotel was excellent.

All was good. It just gets a bit busy when there's a large event (or wedding) going on at hotel, which is expected.

Probably the best Hotel in Saigon . Everything was absolutely superbe from the room to the swimming pool and spa . Not to mention the lovely Vietnamese restaurant where we probably had our best crepe suzette ever 😋 . Service was absolutely perfect and Mr Minh was so helpful and friendly to organise our transfer to our next destination. Merci . We will come.back .

I’ve been going spending my business trip and family vocations here for many years and love the facility, staff and location.

I brought my family and extended family for vacation business trip and found out that they no longer can put all the membership point under one name. I had six room booked but only can capture 3 room of membership point. Really disappointed considering being a loyal member for so many years.
