The Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the main landmarks of Saigon. In addition to that, there are heaps of restaurants nearby (from cheap street food to fancy restaurants). Some people might think that the street on which the hotel stands is dirty and therefore the hotel is in a poor location; However, after walking for a while in Saigon, you will see that the city is a weird mix of fancy modernity and old poverty. The facilities at the hotel were cleaned and well-maintained. Nonetheless, it is important to mention that the Hotel is showing some signs of age here and there. the staff was always kind and eager to help.

My friend and I had a room each and loved everything about our stay. Our rooms were clean with comfy beds. The staff are lovely and helpful. A great location with lots of eateries and nightlife nearby. The hotel was very quiet. For our room category there are 2 rooms with a balcony and at least 1 room without. You have to request a balcony room in advance. I had a balcony room on the 8th floor and my friend a non-balcony room on the 3rd floor. We both agreed we liked the non-balcony room better - the room was much larger and had a nice seating area and a huge window. My balcony was nice but I couldn't really use it as no outdoor furniture and my room was much smaller. The views were basically the same from both rooms. My room did have a bit of a musty smell the whole time I was there whereas the other room did not. I would definitely stay at this lovely hotel again.

excellent location, central to all attractions, lots of restaurants and shops around. Elegant old style decor. Air conditioning and TV worked well. TV had a zillion channels, including international ones like CNN, BBC,DW, France 24, Australian, Japanese, etc. bed was comfortable except for the pillows. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

like many hotels, they had those over stuffed pillows. I don't understand how anyone can sleep on those. The first ones were really like footballs, I asked for flatter ones and they gave me some flatter ones, still too plump for me. They provided extra towels instead, that worked OK. The only other downside is the towels that are extremely rough, sandpaper like. Not soft and fluffy.

Location of this Hotel couldn't be better. Room was very comfortable. View from the roof garden is fantastic. A real bargain for the price. Best of all, the staff. Young concierge who's on the door during the day is a lovely young man who cannot do enough for you. He even gave me a traditional vietnam scarf as a gift, that's never happened before in the many hundred establishments I have stayed at over many many years of travel. You never forget little acts of kindness like that.

The location was very good, close to a 711 store and a good variety of restaurants. The room had a balcony and it was nice to look at the street life below. The room was not large but had excellent air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. There was not a great choice for breakfast which catered mainly for Vietnamese tastes, and it had to be ordered the night before. The tropical fruit which came with breakfast was lovely. The staff were exceptional, all very willing to answer questions and assist with any small problem. Would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a modest, quiet hotel at a very reasonable price. Would definitely return if ever in HCMC again.

During my recent stay at this hotel, which was my second visit, I was once again impressed by the exceptional service. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and were eager to assist with any inquiries I had. Their attentiveness made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Additionally, I appreciated the presence of a staff member at the main entrance, always ready to open the door for arriving and departing guests, which added a personal touch to my experience. The accommodations were spotless and well-appointed, meeting the standards of a 3-star hotel. I can confidently say that I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future whenever the opportunity arises.

Excellent location close to CBD and key attractions. Easy walking distance to inner city sights. Friendly staff, nice clean room.

We were told if towels stained (from tomatoe) again we could be charged.due to need to hand wash. No biggie - and we were not charged. Could be solved easily with change in colour of towels from white or a little presoak spray. Not worth the warning we think.

This is a great spot in a location that is good walking distance to many of the sights. Even though this is HCMC, it felt like a calmer area of town than say near the walking street. My room on one of the higher floors had a sensational view of the city.

The rooms were basic and the place lacked amenities like a gym which would have been good. Otherwise this is a decent spot for a stay in the city.

Great location,in district 1 but away from the noise. close to the Palace and museum. This hotel is a little gem, we had a top floor room (8th) with a balcony and we loved the view of the city especially at night. It also has a roof garden which was so pretty, great place for an afternoon 🍺 Staff lovely and spotless clean Definitely would use it again, 😊

Nothing to moan about at all

Great location, near city center but also its own nice neighborhood with good restaurants, etc. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable facilities. Good breakfast that you order the night before.

Just one thing: the walls are thin. Easy to hear even normal talking in the next room. If no one is staying there, then no problem.
