The room was compact yet incredibly comfortable – I felt refreshed and recharged every time I returned. It was quiet, cosy, and I especially loved the bathtub, which added a nice touch of relaxation after busy days. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but the team here gave me the best experience by far. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I have to give special mention to An, the doorman – he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to answer my questions about vibrant Ho Chi Minh City. It was a pity he wasn’t there on the day I checked out. Louis also stood out with his professionalism and warmth. I was genuinely impressed by how well-trained and welcoming the staff were. I’d come back just for the hotel itself – highly recommended.

Would be better if they put an air con in the gym. Drinks in the bar is a bit over priced

I had a very good and relaxing experience with Silverland sil. First of all, their hotel allowed me to change dates, even when there was clearly a no change of date policy. They were super supportive. The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. Keisha and Han at the front desk were super helpful to me at checkout because the sheets were stained and they still tried their best to ask their cleaners to see if they could clean it instead of immediately asking me for money. Honestly the vibe here is super helpful and not money hungry. They put the customer first and that makes for a very smooth and peasant experience. I was super annoying to them on multiple occasions but they were super helpful and supportive to me. Thank you Silverland sil, Keisha and Han for having me!

We stayed about a week and we really enjoyed it. The Hotel is beautifully furnished and new. We did not book the breakfast so we do not know how it is. But the afternoon tea was amazing and on the weekends some musicians come to play traditional music. My boyfriend worked almost every day from the restaurant and it were pleasant hours for him. John, Tony, Han and Calvin are amazing. John is an incredible worker and person. He is very talented, polite, not ashamed and has good English skills. He will have a bright future. To the Silverland Sil: We recommend to support his career. He is the type of person western people need and want in a hotel. We also liked Calvin's attitude a lot. I was sick and he always asked my boyfriend how I was feeling and if the hotel could do something for me.

The only down point was that rooms are not really soundproofed. It gets noisy sometimes. And the gym is really tiny.

Location was brilliant. Only a short distance from main attractions… opera house, Reunification Palace, War Remnants museum , shops … and also so many restaurants to choose from. Staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Robin on the desk and Duy at the door (to name just 2) greeted us with big smiles and made us feel welcome. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious with lots offer to suit everyone’s taste. Really enjoyed our stay.

Silverland Sil Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, making it incredibly easy to get around. The hotel was impeccably clean—by far the cleanest we stayed at in Vietnam. Breakfast was amazing, with a dedicated vegetarian section that we really appreciated. The staff were attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. The complimentary afternoon tea with live music was a delightful touch and a perfect way to relax. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in HCMC!

Fabulous hotel in a great location with fantastic staff - always very helpful - particularly the doormen. We did have an issue on arrival in our room with a noisy AC unit but they quickly moved us into the room next door which was actually bigger. Louis was particularly helpful for this. The free afternoon tea was a very nice touch although we only had it twice during our 4 day stay - the staff & food were great Apart from the AC issue, which we could still hear occasionally from the room next door, but didn't inconvenience us, I would have scored this 10 Great hotel, staff, breakfast, location Note there's a tiny little cafe immediately outside call Grandma's cafe which serves great Ban Mi sandwiches at very low cost

This is a world class, stylish and very pleasant hotel at the heart of the Ho Chi Min city. We loved everything this hotel offered. The breakfast was great, and the complementary afternoon tea was unforgettable for us. We also enjoyed the spa services at this hotel. Staff are very professional and friendly. We want to thank Keisha, Robin, Duy, John, Cindy, An and Tony for welcoming us to this hotel and for making sure that we had a great time. If we return to this city again, we know where to stay! Highly recommended!!!

The hotel staff were amazing...very attentive and friendly. Our room was decorated lovely and clean. Free water was given in the room and more if requested. Breakfast and afternoon tea was nice and plenty of choice.

The gym and pool area was ok but smaller than expected. The room we had didn't have enough storage space... 4 hangers in the wardrobe, no bedside cabinet on one side and no drawers at all....this makes it difficult to store clothes and keep the room tidy.

Nice clean comfortable room, very good breakfast. Centrally located and walking distance to major sites in HMC. The hotel has a couple of jacuzzis perfect for relaxing with a viet beer after a day in the city. The staff is extremely attentive and polite.

The location within District 1 can be a bit noisy and party.

A great start to our 6 week trip of Vietnam. Great location near cultural and touristy sites. Great food in the neighbourhood… markets, street food and restaurants. We stayed 5 nights. The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. Lovely pool on the roof that our 3 year old loved! Nice breakfasts. I would recommend if staying in HCMC
