Within one trip, we stayed at 3 Silverland Hotels: Sakyo, Ben Thanh, and Min. By far, Sakyo was our favourite. The staff were exceptional. Our room was ready 2 hours before check-in time and we were able to check-in early free of charge. The towels and bathrobes were softer than the other Silverland Hotels we stayed at. We were given complimentary local fruit, which was delicious. The complimentary Silverland Body Milk smelled so good and felt so soothing. Not all Silverland Hotels provide these small luxuries. However, it is truly the staff that sets the Sakyo apart from the rest. The staff would run to get the door for you. The private Jacuzzi bath tub is worth paying extra for. The gym equipment was adequate with gym towels and water provided. There are 2 aircons in the gym. The breakfast pho ga was delicious and floor staff took care of us. Great location - ATM and 7-11 nearby. Not too far from Ben Nghe Street Food. You definitely get what you pay for. The Sakyo is my new favourite.

The room was mildly dated compared to photos, however this appears to be a common occurrence in Vietnam, and did not affect our comfort. Fridges do not seem to keep things entirely cold due to the power saving mechanism that shuts off electricity when one leaves the room.

Hotel was in perfect location, very central (perfect location for first stay, a lot of things around - restaurants, coffee places, hidden bar just around the corner). Staff was very friendly, spoke well English and helped with all our requests. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options.

Heads up for light sleepers - the rooms do not have the best isolation, so bring some ear plugs. Slight disappointment - we booked this hotel for reason that it has rooftop pool. We did not receive any emails beforehand and only after the payment and checking in, we were informed that the pool is closed for maintenance. We were allowed to use for free the pool of another nearby Silverland hotel. However, this is something that we should have been informed about in timely manner beforehand (for example, another hotel in Vietnam sent us an email some time ago that one of their pools will be closed and we will receive a discount on other services, this gave us time to decide if we still want to stay there).

Very well located. Very nice and helpful staff. Laundry service amazing, nice breakfast and great small rooftop with mininpool and jacuzzi.

Needs some mantainance. The carpets in the corridors were very dirty, and some of the things in the room looked old. One elevator wasn't working properly so going in or out to our room in the 7rh floor was a long wait. We had to use the stairs. The amenities in booking.com said it has minibar but there was nothing in there. Nothing freenor to buy in the room. For the price those are things one would expect to have.

Silverland Hotels are amazing. This was our first time staying in the chain and we were super impressed. Staff were unbelievably helpful, polite and attentive. We booked a double room which was gorgeous and a took which was advertised with no windows as this was the only room which could take 3 beds for the kids. I wasn’t sure about the no window, but turns out it had an internal window, so another fantastic room. The spa on the roof was being refurbished so we couldn’t use the hot tub or sunbath, but we were able to use the Silverland May which was a 5 min walk and equally as brilliant hotel. Gorgeous breakfast. Would highly recommend

Couldn't have chosen a better hotel in the very heart of Ho Chi Minh. The ambiance and staff went above and beyond to make sure my comfort and premium service - starting from the welcome drink and daily chocolates with good night notes, finishing with friendliest staff opening doors even to taxis and helping out whenever they could. Felt like I was receiving a royal treatment. Great value for money, the room was tidy and clean, with iron and ironing board provided. Large bathtub, small fountain in the corridor, plants - beautiful Japanese aesthetic with modern and stylish rooms. Literally 7 minutes by foot away from tourist locations (e.g. Opera House), located on a very lively street with a ton of shops and food spots. Huge variety of delivery options, delivered ~15 minutes. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Staff excellent and helpful especially as hotel lobby was under major renovation ( totally unannounced on site details and description. Breakfast serving restaurant only, but very good quality and best fresh espresso coffee is a godsend. Rooftop bar very good with great cheery service from Huie the barman

The fact that the hotel lobby was a disaster area with ongoing renovation kicking in at 10.05am. Dont expect a swimming pool , its just a big Jacuzzi !

Upstairs facilities are wonderful, room is wonderful, services, staff members, complementariness, comfort of the room is excellent, spa tub in room, size of the room, toilet in room, fire safety and protection equipment in room is superb, mini fridge and microwave in room very handy, a lot of good restaurants and coffee (about 50+) shops as well as malls and tourist sites, all within 600m from the hotel.

It would have been nice if the spa tubs in the rooms could be a bit bigger so that two people can fit in it more comfortably. Sometimes I can smell cigarette smoke on the way to our room through the corridor but not inside the room.

Beautiful position, close to everything, enjoyed the long walk and the night time all along. Always people around, beautiful location. Mostly all the staff were so friendly, room spectacular.

The roof pool had so much disinfectant in, that me and my mum realised our skin were actually pilling off so didn’t use anymore the pool. But beautiful to be there on top anyway to enjoy the sun. No lunch or dinner were served at all due some issues I think, but they were offering anyway an afternoon tea with some snacks that was actually so cute. One of the girl from the staff was a little rude, no smile and no hi to me at least. Don’t know the reason but I felt a little uncomfortable when I was see her around.

I like everything about this hotel from location, facilities , services and their staff. It is very central, you can reach many places by foot (malls, restaurants, coffee shops...). I love the rooftop pool with a warm and cold jacuzzi, great view from there. All the equipments seemed new and good qualities. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of selection. We had a very pleasant time even though it was short. What made me appreciate the most from the hotel was the bellman service. Not only they helped us with the suitcase, they also were helpful with checking the cabs coming for us. They were always extremely attentive, dedicated and professional. Everything made it worth every penny that we spent.

I wish there were more sockets next to the bed.

There are not enough 'superlatives' to describe this hotel! The entire staff are dedicated to making your stay with them memorable. From the moment you enter the doors at Sakyo and are greeted by the bellboys(is that térm outdated), you are treated to a welcoming and warm experience. The front desk personnel are exemplary, the afternoon tea girls along with the restaurant staff meet your every need, and the facility itself is simply wonderful. Le Thanh Ton street offers a variety of dining and is an exceptional location.
