Lovely clean apartments (cleanest we’ve stayed in the whole of SEA). The apartments were lovely & spacious compared to other rooms we have stayed in. Bathtub in both apartments we stayed in which is rare! Both rooms were lovely & light with huge windows. AC worked great. Host super responsive, receptionist so kind & lovely. They also did our washing for us & it came back perfect. Cannot fault!

The location and facility were a good value in a good location. The location was away from the street and loud nightlife noises. It was easy to find and easy to got to and from the unit. There is unlimited bottled water available by refilling your bottles from a central location next to the office. The room was nice and clean. Laundry services were available and they actually returned items the same day evenh though they promise next day return.

Having to carry your luggage up 10 stairs to the lobby may be troublesome for some, but it is the norm in Asia so I always expect stairs.

The room is not new but clean. Although it's a budget homestay but the room is quite and smells fresh. I mean no smell of air freshener, no musty humid smell, just smells fresh. The bed is comfortable. There is also an elevator so you don't have to walk up the stairs.

The kitchenette in the room has no stove, no dishes, no glasses nor cups, no utensils. You have to ask for it. However, there's a microwave and a kettle. The homestay is deep inside a long, winding small alley, it will be difficult to find your way there if you don't speak Vietnamese to ask for directions. Best to write the address on a piece of paper and show it to people there.

Great Apartment!!! Lovely size. Great Bathroom with Bath and Shower. Comfy bed - But Squeaky! Use of Kettle, Microwave and Fridge. Nice sized desk for writing. Safe and Secure Accommodation in a Safe area - although you will have to walk past a few 'Girly Bars' etc... to get there! But I felt very safe and Welcome!!! Van (Lady who worked there -was VERY Helpful, Kind, Welcoming and Polite). Easy Check-in and Check-out Procedures. Overall, Very Happy and I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

The Only Complaint I have is that the Bed was Exceptionally squeaky when you moved! Other than That I could Not have been Happier!!!

Big and comfortable flat with a bathtub, full kitchen and big bed. Great location in a central, lively neighbourhood (but quiet in the room)

Communication with the hosts was difficult as they didn't speak much English and weren't very available, e.g. I couldn't book a tour with them because they wouldn't respond. Also, I got a different flat than booked; less modern and less nice as in the pictures

Spacious, quiet, fairly clean, decent work area, very good internet, reasonable price, friendly staff. Only complaints were that I (maybe mistakenly) thought that there was a washing machine, and it’s a little tricky to find down an alley in the red light district of Japan Town. They have a paid laundry service though. It was one of the very few places that I’ve stayed in Vietnam where I could work reasonably comfortably and had zero problems with the WiFi. The place is a little run down, but given the price and the location, it’s great value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

Staff is amazing, so friendly, thanks to all. Location is good but it is little bit hard to find entrance. I could stay again if i go there someday :)

You are right next to Japan Town/Red Light District so something to be aware of but it never detracted from the stay

I recommend this accomodation for those who are staying in Saigon for a bit longer and are looking for an apartment away from home. It has everything you need: a small kitchen, microwave, a desk to work at, comfy bed, and your own bathroom. It's not a luxurious hotel room but really a good apartment away from home.

The dishes and cooking utensils felt a bit sticky and needed a new wash before using. The electric kettle was sticky as well. On my first night, I didn't feel comfortable with the sheets, but lovely Alice and the staff changed them immediately for me. They were overall super helpful and nice!

Very helpful personal, they can also do laundry for you if needed. The hotel is located behind a bar wally, so many invites to bars and to massages when you go to or from the accommodation. Elevator goes only till 5th floor.

Not much of a view even from the top floor - an ongoing building construction site in a way...
