The location is great—lots of Japanese and other bars and restaurants on the same street. The staff was very accommodating and professional, and housekeeping was great. Breakfast was a generous spread.

It took me a while to get over the realization that there was only one small frosted-glass window in the room, and the Japanese concept resulted in a tight squeeze of the bed into a space. Eventually, ai got used to it

I really enjoyed the room with its Japanese style of amenities and decor. The bathtub/jacuzzi was luxurious, and the toilet with temperature and bidet controls added to my comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was varied and fresh. The location is excellent, with many Japanese restaurants and other eateries located in the street. You can easily access many of HCMC's places of interest and the hop on/hop off city tour buses from Cherry Boutique. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Lastly, the rooftop pool and recreation area is another feature. Great value for money.

Layout of reception to go sub floor to then get a lift to upper ground floor but not a problem. Could hear noise from breakfast 1st thing and little Japan backed on to my room but wasn’t noisy enough to bother me.

Excellent value for the money. Hotel was way better than expected, room was modern, bathroom was spacey and had super japanese toilet seat in it. As 3-star hotel it was better than some 4-star hotels we have stayed. Breakfast was good.

The location was very good! Staffs were awesome as well.. the room was great, basic facilities plus a bathtub with a jacuzzi function! Small jacuzzi open top pool upstairs was an added bonus. Food everywhere near the hotel and taking grab to anywhere is so cheap from here..

Great location next to Japan town area, close to the main city areas for craft beer, great restaurants and entertainment. Good clean and comfortable room with comfortable large Japanese style bed and bathroom.

Breakfast was not exactly extensive or some things were not on heated dishes to stay hot, also very small amounts with some running out and limited staff to oversee any needs. Literally saw one staff member twice, once 30 minutes after I had arrived and once as I was finished. Also, the stairs down to the reception are a bit of a concern, especially if it is wet.

Nice hotel with Japanese decor style and helpful staff. The location is nice for exploring the city on foot.

Enjoyed my stay overall, but the AC blew directly on the bed, making it uncomfortable while without AC the room was too warm.

Location is at the japanese street in hcmc. The area is vibrant and bustling with tourists & has a Japanese vibes filled with ramen shops & izakaya drinking holes. Simply loving it.

Most of the rooms don’t have windows with an outside view. I think most of the hotels in hcmc is as such due to the small & narrow frontage of the property.

The hall way and elevator a bit hot no A/C but it’s normal for all Vietnam hotel.
