I often travel to Ho Chi Minh City and always stay in District One near the Opera House because I think it's the best place in the city. A few months ago I discovered this hotel which turned out to be really in my opinion the best not only in this part of the city but maybe in the whole of Saigon! and that's exactly right because there are a few shiny hotels, especially around the river, which actually apart from having shiny lobbies and fake smiles, are nothing special. It turned out that this hotel is truly a hidden and amazing treasure because it has pluses for every single thing: excellent staff, exceptional professionals, extremely kind, always smiling and you understand with just one word without having to repeat or ask anything. The level of cleanliness is superb. I think it is leading compared to all the hotels I have been to in the city. The rooms are very large, starting from the 10th floor up, which gives air and space. Now, for example, I was in a studio on the 20th floor, and from there, there was a magnificent view of the river. The rooms are extremely soundproof, and you can't hear anything from the neighbors or in the corridor. The doors are made so that they have a smooth closing and not to bump like in most hotels. An exceptional level of aesthetics and comfort in the room and a very comfortable anatomical bed that allows a person to have an excellent rest. I highly recommend this jewel to anyone visiting Saigon because it is located a few minutes from the best places in the city, restaurants, and cafes. At the same time, it is quiet, safe, and clean, and the smiles of the staff and their dedication help to make for an excellent experience. I want specially to thank Nick, who was very professional and helpful during all my stay. He and Joe are doing great job.

I chose M village for my recovery time after the surgery and i was right: spacious room and bed, noise cancellation room, perfect location to easy access to anywhere But the most outstanding point was its staffs : they are all very genuine and helpful, Nhã is the star among them, his assistance is tremendous.

Really enjoyed our stay at M Village, the location is great, just outside of the super touristy areas but in easy walking distance of the main sights with heaps of restaurants and cafes nearby. We were allocated a room on a high floor which was really appreciated and kept external noise to a minimum. The room itself was spacious and very clean. Good water pressure and a well stocked mini bar! All staff we encountered were very helpful and smiley and assisted us with bookings. Would most likely stay here again on our return to HCMC!

Unfortunately the pool and bar were under maintenance so we weren’t able to use them but they looked great!

Everything was great. Staff were so so nice, and also let us check in early. Every time you see them, they are really friendly, and helpful. Location is great. There’s free laundry, although can be quite busy, but still free. The pool is small but really nice and cool after a hot day in the city - really perfect cool down and also good view from the edge. Gym is small but functional (would be good to get a few weights though).

There are only tiny things. For example the bread at breakfast could be better, like a baguette or something, instead of sliced bread. The cooked breakfasts are great, though; so is the fruit and veg. Room service was generally good but sometimes things aren’t fully replaced: one day we didn’t get a bath robes (and downstairs thought we might have taken them when we checked out but it wasn’t a big deal), and another time we didn’t get a bath mat. But super nice and very clean, so not terrible. These small things didn’t affect our enjoyment of the hotel - everything was great.

I have been traveling to Saigon for many years and most often I stay in this area where the hotel is located and which I think is the most suitable area for foreigners in District 1 because it is close to everything and is also quiet and pleasant for a walk for a coffee for a restaurant. When I chose the hotel I did not believe that there could be such a hidden jewel as it is with its wonderful organization the exceptional comfort of the rooms the perfect maintenance of cleanliness and tranquility in the hotel the extremely smiling and efficient staff who helped my stay to be excellent and far exceeded my expectations as I felt like I was in one of the best five star hotels. And it is precisely unlike the five star hotels that there was a personalized attitude from the wonderful staff always with a smile and always ready to take care of every detail of the stay I am delighted and I recommend to anyone visiting Saigon to look for this real pearl because this guarantees a perfect hotel stay. The beds are extremely comfortable The bathrooms are perfectly clean and everything in them works. The rooms shine with cleanliness. The common areas are extremely clean modern comfortable and perfectly maintained. Internet access throughout the hotel is free and of excellent quality which allows a person to work when he needs to. There is also everything necessary for those who want to watch streaming on the large flat screen TVs in each room and thought of a mini bar and all the amenities to make the stay wonderful. I did not hesitate to book this hotel for my upcoming visit in two months to Saigon because it makes me feel calm and know that I will not have any problems with the accommodation and stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Signature by M Village Lê Thánh Tôn. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The reception team – especially Tina and Mia – went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. One great example was when they offered to change our booking from a large family suite to two separate rooms at no extra cost, which suited our needs perfectly. The location of the hotel is excellent – just a short walk from many of Saigon’s key attractions, and surrounded by great restaurants. The reception team even helped us choose where to dine and tipped us off about special local events and spa places worth visiting. They also advised us to leave early for the airport due to a planned traffic closure – something we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh each morning. All in all, we’ve rarely experienced such warm and attentive service. The entire front desk team made us feel completely at home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

The only minor drawback is that you have to climb 8 steep steps to reach the reception, which could be a challenge if you have limited mobility. But apart from that, everything was perfect.

Great location for access to the various ‘little Japan’ restaurants, several of Vietnam’s leading craft brewery restaurants and the unmissable Pizza 4P’s nearby. Easy to get Grabs from here or to walk to some of the key district 1 sites. It’s a fairly new hotel so modern decor, fittings and pretty spacious rooms. You’re paying more for the location and modern building - but don’t expect much in the way of facilities.

The hotel gym was under equipped and under maintained. One treadmill was out of order and the other would randomly stop mid-run (pretty dangerous!). Staff gave me the excuse that not many people use the gym hmmm.
